Jun 01,2023Booking № 7MUXYPZG Today i booked a ticket on booking time showing ticket price low and after payment they didn't told about any increment on ticket price just deduct my money then after 30 minutes telling flight make increase price so now you can pay surcharges. Why i have to pay if i already paid amount on ticket booking time if any increase in price then you should tell same time not after deduct money then tell total scam it is... I really want cancel this booking and full refund as soon as possible. If not refund today i will complain in UAE consumer forum

Thank you once again 😊 @MyTickets team ..I hope that there isn't another customer again that goes through the same hassle as me..Thank you for the refund.

May 24,2023Do not book a flight through mytickets.ae I dislike giving bad reviews but the experience that I had was terrible. Until today.. I did not receive a refund for one of my flights that I needed to change/cancel. I catch at least 12 planes a year and I wanted to try them once... I wish I didn't. They will make excuses, take forever to respond to emails, and they do not help even tho they know that their website doesn't work properly, and they will be happy to keep their share obviously. STAY AWAY FROM IT, book somewhere else.

May 16,2023BOOKING REFERENCE: CA10BJ7P I TRY TO BOOK, USING MC credit card.. IT SAYS NOT AUTHORIZED??!! I TRIED TO CONVERT TO OTHER CURRENCY, AND USING my other MC credit card, IT WENT THROUGH.. Unfortunately, I notice after I pay that the conversion rate is too big!!! And I immediately want I refund due to this and again, the refunded price is not full.. almost 160 US dollar is the difference.. SMHO.. this company is really good in getting people’s money.. Again, beware or better stay away from this agency.. Lord… it’s all up to you…

May 16,2023I see a ticket in 1650AED and I try to buy. When I fill payment details and click on buy now and suddenly It's showed an error and refresh the booking page and price became 1745AED than again I fills the details and click on buy now the price turned into 1942AED. This company is fraud please stay away from these scammers.

May 04,2023There was a 1 character typo in the name of one passenger. Mytickets tell me the airline will not allow me to correct this. I should pay for new flights. The airline tells me this is untrue and Mytickets are lying. When booking there was a massive fee to use certain types of card, but no fee for MasterCard credit cards. Myticket said the payment could not be authorized on my mastercard credit card. Luckily I have 2. What a surprise! The payment couldn't be authorized on the other credit card either. So I pay the extra 460AED to use my debit card. The payment is over the daily limit for my debit card and is actually rejected by my bank, Would you believe it! I could now make a payment with my credit card, though the fee for using a debit card was still included. What a bunch of liars and cheats!

Mar 10,2023First and last time to deal with such a messy platform/agent. They changed my flight ticket claiming that airlines cancelled the flight which is not true, I asked to cancel and booked directly with the airline both over emails and over phone calls their agents are very unhelpful.. I ended up with double tickets booking due to their mess!

Mar 07,2023I canceled the booking on 25 of January and since then I didn’t receive the refund , then I emailed them again and they responded with an email but still didn’t receive anything after more than one month , and this the first time I have such experience, always the refund will arrive with in 7 -10 days . Feb 28,2023I have never experienced worse customer service in all of my travels (and believe me, they are a lot). This is an absolute scam. 1. Their call center is quite frankly pointless. When you call in, they ask you to raise a request and their ability to cater to simple requests such as "changing dates" is ridiculous. They have outsourced this job across borders and it seems like they did so without any training. Absolutely useless and extremely stupid. 2. They charge you AED 160 for "consulting charges" which is literally a rip off. They do 0 consulting. Beware and save yourself the headache.

I booked Emirates flight and they later said I have to pay extra for this flight as price increased and after I send then the money they send me a confirmed ticket with Air India. They cheated me. And they were trying justify that Air India is operated by Emirates.. What a stupidity.. Never book with this website please!!!!!! My booking ID : 6PKOQOM6.

Feb 16,2023I booked a ticket and after two weeks they cancelled my ticket because of the plane, then I ask for a refund and I tried to contact with them for almost one and half years and still waiting for my refund. My booking reference : 161551962 ————————— The refund did not completely return, I pay for the ticket and they canceled my flight and now they refunded me half of it !!! It’s not my fault

Feb 15,2023They refund by next day as they ask flr more surchase payement and i refused to pay. If you are willing to get your right contact directly Skyscanner help center then they will force them to return the money as their costumer service is not replying.

Within the 4 payment options ie Mastercard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit Debit Credit, very conveniently, MC credit that doesn't charge portal fee does not allow you to book thereby forcing you to pay 25 AED for choosing a random payment regardless of it being VISA or MC credit Oh also, beware, they dont send the tickets inspite of debiting the amount right away, SO you may or may not get your ticket just sayin

Jun 05,2023I am based in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai and purchased air tickets from an agent mytickets.ae (TTN GmBH) , online ,in Jan 2020 . The trip was cancelled by the airlines ( Turkish Airlines ) and a subsequent refund option was exercised. The airlines refunded the full amount to the agent . However the agent has refunded only 40% , stating that the airlines have not refunded them the remaining 60% , which is inconsistent with the information & refund document I have from Turkish Airlines. Mytickets.ae (TTN GmBH) seem to be a dishonest and non-transparent provider .Would warn potential customers to stay away from this company, who prefer to make a quick buck , whenever situations present itself.
