NMA - have been trying to get in touch with management for the last four months because they are utterly incompetent. Informed them I am not able to board the flight and they did not inform Emirates.

You're the worst travel agency I experienced. If I could give you 000000. I would definitely give it to you. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOESN'T HACE TECHNICAL SUPPORT?!!!!! Now I don't know what will happened on the pending refund request it's been 6 months!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please don't ever trust on their service again.

In many years of flying and dealing with travel services I have never experienced a more incompetent staff. The Customer Service agent is taught to hand it off to the airline for review or to elevate it to their colleague. After stating that a domestic flight on my leg was cancelled I contacted the airline to confirm it was not and was on time and could meet baggage transfer time in Detroit "no problem". I was told that my Detroit flight was cancelled therefore I needed to approve ammendment or request refund. I approved the ammendment and after 3 days called and was told that there was a confusion as I requested a refund and alternate routing. Absurd! No email contact or anything other than requiring me to call a polite but obviously disinterested Customer Diservice rep. SCAM The unprofessional and frankly amateur conduct of this makes me think of 3 guys and a gaming console. I DO NOT recommend. I am prepared to lose my money. Let's see the response from the company it will be the most work they have done towards this itinerary. KAYAK was the referal to this transaction. I will write them to ensure they are aware of the ongoings.

Horrible service, horrible responses they even cancelled by ticket for no reason without me requesting it, blamed it on airline (which stated they did not cancel it) then ask me to login to the account and cancel my ticket for a refund. Their emails make no sense and contradict themselves. They do not give any clear information, solve any problems or seems to understand nor value customer service. If only I had checked their reviews before using. Also this company does not appear to be UAE based or with any UAE presence. Don't be fooled by the .ae domain this company is somewhere out of Europe.

I had submitted my refund request of my flight for 25.03.2022 on 23.03.2022 but they asked me to wait.I called them 5 times to get an update.Then i get a msg that it is not successful.Now i don't know whom to contact.its almost 600$ transaction.I don't see mytickets.ae understanding the meaning of customer service recovery.They leave hanging their customers for all small queries.

Very unprofesional, they always have some excuse ready, on 2/3/2022 i submitted my refund request and i have paid extra fees for a guranteed refund, to this day no refund what so ever and they have not even replied to my last email, DON'T EVER BOOK THRO THEM. anas7itani@gmail, thanks for replying

WARNING!!! Read from the bottom. You'll see that I was sold tickets that were for a specific date when i could attend. When the event was postponed for a date when I could not attend, they refuse to refund my money. Don't fall for this scam. You sold me tickets that were not usable for the agreed date. Then you won't refund my money and instead steal it. That makes you thieves. I didn't buy tickets so I could sell them. Don't be like me, I was so stupid. I went straight into booking to their website without checking reviews. Luckily i was only charged 193 AED. I was advised not to used debit card and use cc instead. Im so glad i used my CC otherwise i would have been debited 4000 AED and lose my money. I only checked the reviews when one agent calling from a USA number told me that i the airline didnt approve of my payment coz i have an insufficient balance in my CC. When i told her that thats impossible, she muttered something and ended the call without giving me a chance to talk again. Just check skyscanner to compare prices, but never ever book from any third party coz they are not trustworthy .

I have same experience. My fight gets cancelled and the airline has given me written proof that the, ticket amount has been refunded, however MyTicksts are still saying that they have nor received refund after the screenshot from airline. And denying refund to me. They are scammers. Don't book thicket from them.

Immediate action should be taken from UAE authority when it's become too late. Innocent people loosing to their money and valuable time because of this website. Requesting for proper investigation and judgement for the victims.. Booking NO: 41KHJ7GO Last 46days running behind for refund and getting a ready answer Everytime..They took extra money as insurance to refund within 10days but now saying waiting for airlines. #UAE cyber security wing's #UAE police department #UAE civil aviation autority #UAE justice system

It is an extremely bad expereinece! I have sent Mytickets.ae my covid test results on 23rd of December 2021 and they wanted me to upload it through their system which was not working. After many emails and very inaproriate behaviour of the customer representitives they gave a very bad technical support and I proceeded through the system on 23rd of December 2021. Did not receive any information on 6th of Jan and when I asked for an update, thye have informed me that the timeline for the request was expired although there was no communication at all about any timeline.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY I HAD 2 TICKETS AND RESERVED THEM TILL 2/2022 WHEN TRYING TO USE NILE AIR said that the fraud site mytickets had Refunded our money eout consent from us and refused to return money for me , they refused after denial that they refunded our tickets no one deal e this stolen site

REF: #isfexc Our flights were cancelled and I requested a refund in March 2020. They tried to persuade us to take vouchers but said we would get a refund for a slightly longer wait. We have been fighting for OUR money back since then. We are having to start court proceedings and am in the final throws of trying to get the company to act ethically. This company have completely changed our trust, and I would never now use a company online unless I knew them. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY should there be been the slightest issue. We are nearly 2 years into them promising refunds. If feel awful for their staff as they must spend all day with unhappy people. Just check all of the reviews, they have completely miss managed the full process.
