Jan 14,2018Booked plane tickets with this company. Price in invoice was completely different with the price what they eventually charged from my card. I reached out support, which told me that it's some conversion rate and I was informed about it in advance, but the first thing that I wasn't, and the second that $30 dollars are way to high than any conversion rate. Apparently, this company just doesn't update there prices or does it on purpose. The website gave two payment options - one pay on airline website - second pay on their website, which was even more expensive one. I selected payment on the airline website, as a cheaper option and got invoice on my email with the exactly shown amount, but a few minutes later I was charged $30 greater amount. I chose mytickets.ae on skyscanner as the cheapest ticket offer and apart from VAT which they haven't mentioned there I eventually paid $60 more than was promised. So I can consider that mytickets.ae are some sort of scammers and doing false advertising.

Nov 29,2017Worst service every. 3 days of trying to cancel a flight to Bali due to Volcana eruption. mytickets.ae keep declining my request for full refund when after speaking to emirates airline stating that they can provide full refund. MYTICKETS.AE need to sort out customer service and their so called specalist!?

Nov 08,2017This website is not loyal to the purchaser, first they will email you that your booking has been canceled and then will give you pricy options by saying that in the same class seat is not available So, for future please avoid air ticket booking via mytickest.ae

Aug 16,2017Highway robbery and they will rob you and take your money and not want to refund you or provide you with any customer services only emails that have no leagle ground what so ever and i asked them to reschedule my flight they provided me with double their normal price for normal booking and with the same airlines and the same day which is the worst support ever and i will not advise anyone to book with them only get the details about flights and book with the airline is more reliable booking # v78fn9
