Mar 30,2021Crooks, worst. Do not book anything from Mytickets.ae for a refund on my booking for AED 3310, they are refunding AED 850. I tried to edit a ticket issued by mytickets.ae at Kenya Airways in Dubai, I was informed that is an unknown company and it's impossible to change anything, I just have to deal with them. Be careful guys STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Mar 23,2021This is one of the most horrible website to book your flight tickets. I booked a ticket for my husband and had to cancel it due to family emergency on December 2020. I already applied for the refund request, and have followed-up several times but it is still on-progress. I even called at the customer service number but they don't reply at all. Worst experience I have ever encountered!

Mar 21,2021This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life (and I'm the one who travels a lot). I made a huge mistake when I bouhght tickets from them from Dubai to Hurghada. Those "people" messed up by doing overbooking so they lied to me that my flight was cancelled by airlines, even tho it wasn't. They offered me another flight and asked to pay for rescheduling. And then I spent 5 days calling them trying to get my new ticket and they were just ignoring. I had no choice but to buy a new ticket from another travel agency. Guys, learn on my mistake and never ever buy the tickets from trip.ae. They are the worst in the world!

Mar 17,2021I booked a flight to Male from Dubai. Mytickets.ae company sold me a ticket via India first let on Emirates, second via IndiGo. When I got to the DXB Airport I was advised by Emirates that they could not let me on the flight. They said I would have to collect my luggage in Mumbai to put it onto the Indigo flight and to do that, I would have to leave and go back through passport control. As India does not issue Visa's I wouldn't be able to do this, so they wouldn't let me travel. So they sold me a ticket which couldn't be used? At the airport (just before I bought a 2800 ticket to Male from Emirates) Emirates cancelled the flight so my tickets will have got the refund. Mytickets advised me that they could only return 117 AED of the 1220 I paid. I can guarantee they would have been refunded by Emirates. Never ever Use these fraudsters.

Mar 01,2021I purchased a tickets from there website traveling from Dubai to Kuwait this was on Oct 2020 the flight had a transit in Jordan, however when i reach the counter of Jordanian airline the rejected my travel because Jordan not allow transit, and they informed my that the travel agent (mytickets) should tell you the regulation not only just sell you a tickets, from Dubai Airport I tried to call Mytichets office after long time from my try's lady from customer service answered me and she was so rude and she was unable to help me, i knew at that moment i will not get this flight, so i asked her i need a refund she asked me to login in website and file request, then she hang-up the phone, i file a refund request after few weeks they replay to my email that they will refund 770 AED from total 2790 AED, the funny thing they asked me if i approve for that amount or no, so i had no option only to approve (heir form the Deville ...) since Oct 2020 till today 1st March even the Heir i mean the 770 refund i didn't get bottom line they take only money no service no follow-up no refund all emails, transaction reference, refund requested available upon requested

Feb 09,2021I have booked a ticket 11 months ago from so-called Myticket.AE and the flight have been canceled because of the Covid pandemic. However, i have requested for a refund and they said they are waiting for Air India airlines to return my money back. I have checked with Air India airlines and they have told me that my ticket amount has will be refunded in a week or two. No Response on my mail nor they have a proper Customer service Contact Number. I don't really understand why do they do such things! The flight is canceled so why they have to delay in the refund process. My flight was on the 25th of March from Dubai. Never ever book a ticket from MYTICKETS.AE. Customer service level is zero. At least they can send a mail or a call to inform that the refund process is in process. And might take a certain time(Approximate). So I will set my mind accordingly.

Dec 28,2020We booked ticket for domestic flight. They emailed that ticket will be sent soon. We did not receive any ticket until they mailed that flight already departed. All customer service numbers are fake. They are not responding in emails! Worst experience I have ever encountered.

Dec 24,2020Mytickets.ae is the worst website for booking flights. I have booked a flight for my brother and canceled to change to date and asked for refund. The US number is fake and they don't reply at all and even charge you for the call!! I emailed the customer service and they replied that the refund request is accepted and it's on the waiting list. It's been a week now and nothing received! The website shows the status "being refunded" while you have to wait for more than 3 months to receive it according to their policy written in the website! So bad website and I'll never trust any broker agency to book my tickets Be careful everyone

Dec 16,2020Since March, I have been trying to get a refund of 7500aed for my booking which was cancelled because of COVID19. Emirates have stated they have paid out third party agencies and mytickets have yet to give me a refund after countless emails which have not been replied to. They have gone off the map yet (customer service wise) yet are still selling tickets on skyscanner. I will remember to pay a little more for the next third party agency than go with mytickets.ae

Dec 07,2020Don't ever buy a ticket from this website. The customer service is horrible. They never answer the phone and on top of that it's an US number so all your credits goes while you are waiting on the line for an hour for them to reply (which they don't)

Dec 07,2020Guys, please, stay away from this company. As they are not flexible at all, with poor customer service. My husband and I have booked the tickets to visit our family in Europe in 8 months in advance, however due to COVID the flights been cancelled several times due to which suggested dates were totally inappropriate. Since it was a carrier issue. We decided to ask for refund. My husband got confirmation the next day yet I didn't receive any reply on my inquiry till date (one week). Customer service checked and then closed my requests without any feedback. I really don't recommend this service to anyone.

Jun 04,2021STAY AWAY FROM THE MYTICKETS.AE TRAVEL SITE!!!! We received an e-mail from Air Canada saying we can now get a full refund on the airline ticket purchased last March and were unable to travel due to Covid. We have sent numerous e-mails to Myticket.ae on a number of their website listed emails but have yet to receive a reply to any of them! I WOULD NOT recommend Mytickets.ae as they are not trustworthy! Fraudulent???
