with no shame myticket reply me, they wont my to pay (Cost of changes 10733AED) for 5 tickets that I bought with 6,043AED. While I make the change with the Ethiopian airlines, direct with only 500AED Mytickets you have to be honest with your customers. And you have to know that I will continue reviewing you very bad wherever I find your name.
Worst ever. I booked ticket via mytickets.ae. and when the flight time came i was still waiting for my ticket. then i send the email and they are saying it has been cancelled. now just let me know how can i used unlocked amount to make another ticket. or just change my ticket date
I have made a purchase on mytickets for international flights for me and the family. There was an excess amount charged due to conversion rate miscalculation. I opened a case and the support Team (Rian, Sara and Oksana) were very professional in resolving the matter in just few days and refunded the amount that was charged extra. I have delt with many online platforms as i fly a lot, but this is the first time i purchase thru mytickets and will not hesitate doing so again due to the support given by the team! Thank You All
They are theives, fraud and the worst ever company to buy tickets from. We have lost a huge amount of money because of them. I would highly recommend not to buy from them. I have never experienced this kind of issue with any other company. Huge mistake for choosing my tickets.ae

It was the worst experience I’ve had with tickets.ae, I have booked for my son from Munich to Beirut ( Round trip) the airlines have canceled the trip and no one informed us and my son was waiting 24 hours in the airport for any action from ticket.ae but no one replied. I paid 250$ extra to find an alternative.and now Turkish airlines have postponed the flight back from Beirut to Ankara and we need to change the ticket from Ankara to Munich so that can be matched but again no one replied to our request. I have contacted my tickets.ae and send them email and still waiting the response. The situation now is that the flight from Beirut to Ankara is on the 2nd of January and the flight from Ankara to Munich is on the first of January can someone tell me how come????????????????please someone reply to my request
This is with regards with the issue with my wife Janine Barquilla, who just wrote a review this morning, she is pregnant and stressing so much because of the issue that until now is not resolved. TOMORROW IS OUR FLIGHT!! My wife booked our flight on 27 November 2023 (three plane tickets with 2x 20kgs baggage allowance), and on 23 December we decided to add another 20kgs baggage allowance, we paid the surcharge that was sent to us in MyTickets account by Torry(support agent). Up until now that additional baggage allowance that we paid on 23 December is not yet confirmed nor sending the issuance of the service. We kept asking for it but your customer support agents seems like has poor comprehension skills that they cant understand is what we need the confirmation of the issuance of the baggage allowance that we paid on 23 December, because they keep sending us the details of the receipt of our 3 plane tickets and 2x 20kgs baggage allowance that we booked on 27 November. We even spent money to call them overseas multiple times, yet no one can still understand my concern. WHAT I NEED IS THE CONFIRMATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE ADDITIONAL BAGGAGE THAT WE HAVE PAID ON 23 DECEMBER!! PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR SYSTEM THAT I HAVE PAID ON THAT DAY, ITS EVEN IN THE HISTORY OF MY ACCOUNT ON YOUR WEBSITE!! I have an existing ticket of my flight (Cebu Pacific) with 2x 20kgs baggage allowance that I booked on November 27, and on December 23 I decided to add another 20kgs baggage allowance and I paid the surcharge which you sent on my MyTickets account. So overall I should have 3x the 20kgs baggage allowance, but until now you have not sent me any confirmation on this matter. I need you to show me that I have 3x 20kgs baggage allowance or atleast show me that you have issued my 3rd baggage allowance that I have paid on December 23. My flight is tomorrow and I do not want to have issues regarding this. No one in your customer support can understand my concern. They keep telling that baggage allowance wont show in my itinerary. Booked and paid ticket on 25.12.23 @ 10.10 AM now the time is 1.30 PM, its more than three hours. As of now ticket is not issued. My travelling date is very near, i am afraid how much time they will take to issue this ticket. My booking Ref#E4QXM5NS
I searched the ticket on google flight and i was diverted to myticket.ae . purchasing international ticket with 1 carry on and 1 booked luggage , but when i received the ticket in the email it was without the luggage so i requested to cancel it and issue me a refund this whole process was within 20 minutes purchasing and canceling, they reply me back that they will charge me $250 fee. IATA rule there is no fee be charged on the international fares if it was refunded within 24hour.even the Serene Airways webpage states clearly refund charges before flight is AED 100.beware this company and stay away from them. I have learned a lesson that always go purchase from airline webpage.. I will not give up , I live in US but I will not give up its not about the money I feel they are stealing from me.I will update you all because they are not getting away with my hard earned money

* I would have give minus rating but this is the minimum i can give them. I bought a very cheap ticket for 500 AED which i had to cancel and they charged me 460ish in charges and NEVER actually refunded the 40AED and i didn't bother chasing as didn't want to stress out for a small amount. I complaint later on when i had another issue (below) and i was told accounts team will check and it has been three weeks and NO ONE contacted me again. * Then i booked another ticket for 1500 AED. Airline delayed the flight and offered full refund when i called them but told me to ask MYTICKETS.AE to process the refund. Mytickets.ae told me that they need to check with airline whether ticket is refundable or not althought its part of airline terms with agency that they will refund fully if airline delays for more than 3 hours (CCNIL). It took mytickets days and still haven't confirmed anything and keep telling me they are waiting for the airline. 3) before the above flight was delayed by the airline, i wanted to check if i reschedule the flight how much would i need to pay. Mytickets.ae quoted me 700 AED for different charges and i called the airline directly to make the change and paid only 50 aed (LOL). I know as an angency they want to make money but don't be rediculous and add 650 AED for rubbish service you offer ie request a change online and wait many days to know 1000% increased rates. I will NEVER use them again and really suggest everyone to STAY AWAY from them.
They deducted amount but i haven't received any ticket. After 4 hours i received email. That ticket is cancelled and my amount is unlocked. But it’s been 12 days I haven’t received my mone back from them. Very poor customer service. They haven't even provided any reference for the refund amount so that i can enquire from my bank. This has been a terrible experience! I was charged for my family's tickets, but they haven't issued them. Then, they emailed me, saying the ticket prices increased and I need to pay more. How can they do this after deducting the amount? I haven't received any replies from them, and they've deducted 2300 AED without any communication so far. As a frequent traveler, I've never encountered this issue with other travel agencies. If I'm receiving a lower price elsewhere, why should I pay more here, especially considering the extra Aed 125 charge for Visa card payments? If you refund the amount, kindly refund the additional charges promptly as I need to book tickets for the day after tomorrow. It would be appreciated if you could act swiftly on this matter as I shouldn't have to spend extra money due to sudden price changes after my payment was confirmed. This kind of situation might deter others from using your website, so please consider the impact of these actions Either issue the tickets or my amount should reflect in my account right away so that I can book the tickets I am gonna complaint to Skyscanner as well through them only I got you
I booked my ticket yesterday December 5, 2023 9.51 PM, per website tickets will be issued after 3 hours. It’s been 12 hours but tickets were not received yet. Do the needful so I can change my rating. I3EGKRDZ Update : I got my tickets issued .
I had a problem but thanks to God it is resolved i have receives my money back They are not scam or fraudulent company but just something needs to improve that is they have to reply for customers matter any time to avoid frustration
If l could give zero stars l absolutely would, never ever book with them. They are running a scam, you will be charged and extra amount by the airline just so you can get your tickets. Horrible customer service! Edit: Again my complaint is after purchasing a ticket using my tickets you will get charged again by the airline (93 euros extra) if you want the ticket. You are basically selling non- existent tickets if customers will still have to pay again an extra charge so they can travel. Your reply is irrelevant, l raised the refund request due to my tickets incompetence ( failed to provide a useable ticket, failed to fulfill the request to change passport detailed even though requested was raised 120hrs before flight).
I had a very bad experience with this agency. I booked a ticket (London to Riyadh) from this agency. I had to cancel the ticket due to family situations. Thus, I contacted the agency, which said there was no cancellation or changing the date according to policy( non-refundable ticket). I have asked them to send the policy, and they agreed to send it by email. However, I waited for one week without a response. I have called again, and another staff member refused to send the policy and said your ticket is not refundable. After a few minutes of discussion, they agreed to send the ticket policy. By that time ( delay in response by the agency), it was 48 hours from my flight. Then, I contacted the British airline, and guess what? The ticket was actually partially refundable!! The agency has not sent the refund amount up until now and has not even mentioned when I am going to receive a refund. I will never book a ticket from them again.

I signed for a refundable option then They booked my flight wrongly and they dont want to refund my payment, they keep on saying that its not cover of refund... but i completely remember choosing the refundable and rebook-able option whoe signing in.... SCAMMER and thieves... Definitely scam you dnt even have physical office and contact number to call... and when i try to reach out from email automated reply are keep on replying... that my packagenis not subject for refund etc. SCAMMERS
