Nov 26,2023Update: Got my ticket after follow up with customer service and verified the same with the airlines No tickets yet!!!! I have booked ticket 10 hours ago with mytickets.ae ref number N583VNEE however it was mentioned you will receive ticket in 3 hour and nothing was issued only asking to wait, if the ticket is not issued i will be losing even the rate on the official website and will end up paying more for sure ,please reply by providing the ticket asap so I can change your ratings

Called couple of times and emailed only asking to wait, please provide ticket at earliest so I can change your ratings

Nov 06,2023I just want to share my personal experienced in mytickets . I booked a ticket on 04 Nov around 5pm here in Dubai, then I received an email that the payment is received around 5:04pm with the status showing: Booked. Pending payment to the agency. Then, around 5:55pm I received a message that the booking status is Paid and issued with the attachment of the ticket with booking reference with ticket number starting 784. Then I tried to verify this ticket number in china southern airline ticket verification. When I tried to enter the ticket number and my surname, it didn’t push thru and there is a error message: “The inquired passenger record does not exist or the ticket is not issued yet. Please inquire or consult CSN again via service line 4006695539.” I tried many times and put my first name but it’s still the same. Then I emailed myticket contact email then I received a replied saying that: “Your reservation is issued and confirmed. Check the information you are entering on airlines website.” Then I tried again and just try to input my surname and first name without space, then after that I saw that my ticket is number is true and verified. I have made a booking from Dubai to Srinagar today and I did not receive any tickets and my money was deducted. I have raised a a complaint with the local police and also with the bank to block this website in dubai. Nov 03,2023I had booked my tickets on 2nd midnight from dubai to new delhi. I paid the same exact fare along with extra charges with my credit card and they sent an email saying issuance pending. it was written the issuance takes 2 hours. I was waiting patiently. In the morning, I got an email saying that the ticket price has increased (surplus) so they will only book the tickets once i pay the extra amount which was above 1000AED. Which agency does that can you tell me? I agree the tickets booking sometimes takes time but none of the agencies have ever asked me for money after everything is already paid and debited from my account. The customer pays what you show, if you show wrong fare on the site, you site is not updated its not customer's fault. Its the company's fault not being up to date. I am waiting for my refund still which I have been promised I will get in 24 hours. also they didnt block money, it staright away got deducted and still ticket is not here

Below is the poor customer service you will receive when finally get through to someone and explain the issues you face with the companies website and customer service!

Oct 20,2023Booking number ULRQE4BJ London to Dubai for 5 November 2023. The frustration this service is causing us is indescribable and unacceptable! After numerous phone calls to the terrible customer service and numerous attempts, we got neither my ticket nor a refund! I did not want to believe that we had been SCAMMED when I looked up the reviews online... I was already suspicious when on logging into the account, I realized that there was no button to change or cancel the booking, but it all became clearer when after three hours of waiting (the time they indicated to make sure you get your money in the meantime) I received no ticket or booking confirmation! Contact your bank immediately if you make the mistake of booking an important flight with them, but in any case, save yourself the frustration and DON'T book with this platform. I will continue to call every day until I get my booking canceled and a full refund in the hope of updating this review... One last question: How do you sleep at night?

Sep 17,2023This is one of the most unscrupulous air ticket booking platforms I've ever encountered. They advertise tickets as refundable, but when you request a refund, they promptly reject it, claiming the ticket is non-refundable. Essentially, they take your money and, should your plans change, refuse to refund it. It's been a waste of my money. I informed them that the passenger will not be traveling, but they still declined the refund request. Once again, I strongly advise against booking through this website.

Sep 15,2023My booking Id is ZPNMSHBQ. I have booke 6 tickets from Manila to Dubai on Sep 12th at 14:55 pm by paying AED 8484. I received email that ticket issuance is under process. Later around 06:30 its shown that the booking has been cancelled. I should get a full refund since the cancellation is without my concent and request. I received a mail that myticket doesnt claim my money..But as per my bank mytickets has to refund first then only bank can process. Till now myticket hasn't refunded the amount.

Sep 15,2023Booking reference QC114IPV made a booking and somehow the ticket has not been confirmed for over 24hours but you already blocked the amount form my MasterCard.my bank claims money was already deducted I called and was told after Atleast 30mins it will be confirmed however it’s been over 22hours already no confirmation and my money is with you guys.how many days will it take to get a confirmation for just one booking.if you can’t confirm the booking rather realase the blocked amount so we look into other options.do not treat your customers like this. Update Ticket was issued after 15hours and there is no hand luggage provision on the ticket issued but when purchasing the ticket there was hand luggage 7kg so now only 20kg is provided Will come back with another update hoping not to have issues with the ticket.will rate 3 stars can’t do more than that if possible you could assist with how come there is no hand luggage provision on the ticket which was issued

Sep 08,2023I booked my flight to South Africa in October 2021 for December 15th 2021. The flight was cancelled due to Covid 19. My husband immediately applied for a refund and got his, but he'd booked through another online agent. I'd booked through Myticket.ae and I've been told to contact the airline directly to get a refund. South African Airways have told me that i have go through the agent Myticket.ae who take months reply and say I'm not entitled to a refund and to contact the airline. Its been 2 years and I'm entitled to a refund. Its over 4000drs and I'm not getting any suitable response from Myticket.ae which is disgraceful. I want to take legal action but am struggling to find out who to contact to take legal action. I'll never book a ticket through an agent again and will only book direct through a flight company.

Sep 07,2023My Experience 1st edit: 1star I didnt read all review before i book my ticket. Now im so afraid that my ticket is not coming. 2nd edit: 2star - sept. 23 I received my ticket copy but stilll not confirm if i can check in inside airport using that ticket. Coz i tried to checkin online in airline website to confirm the ticket but got error. I email them and they said i can check in 3days before my flight. Definitely will edit this review into 5star, once i checked in But they r fast in replying to your email
