This insurance company is the WORST. My wife was hit by one of their insured on 10/23/19. It took them almost a month to have a person come out and inspect the vehicle. The adjuster handling the claim; Mr. Chris Ochoa is nowhere to be found. When I did contact him he told me that payment was released on 11/27. Well its 12/19 and i still don't have it.
Yasmine was really nice, kind and helpful. You guys should be proud of having that type of agents who provide an excellent customer service.
On December 3rd.2019 I got an a horrible car accident where I wasn’t fault of ,I made a claim the same day of the accident and I only received 1 phone call from my adjuster Christopher Ford , sense the accident ,the appraiser told me the car was a total loss, Last week but ever sense then I haven’t heard anything, To make matters worse I have car rental insurance and I never got set up with one sense the accident, it’s so ridiculous never been an a situation where a car insurance doesn’t follow up , I’m learning the hard way , going forward I got a new vehicle where I need the total loss letter , so the dealer can pay the Gap insurance, to top it I found out today through Geico that the company put me as fault of the accident, that’s false information clearly the other driver of The vehicle was the one who ram into my car was driving under the influence almost killed me and my vehicle was brand new 2019, whyyyy I have to pay anything it doesn’t make sense , I’m so upset , this insurance is a joke , I’m done never going to GET a broker insurance, all I want for them to do there part pay for my car and to give me the loss letter, ohhh lol the funny thing is they are so quick to send me a letter about paying the remainder of the policy like no I’m not...WORSSSSSSEEE INSURANCE
My car is waiting for my adjuster Nataly Olive for more than 15 days She doesn't even say nothing to me just never get the phone or text back something really simple Im still paying my insurance tthat money is still going to them directly fom my bank account .Im gonna be needing to take a further action this is disrespectfull.
VERY BAD INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!! I’m so glad that my policy is about to be over and I’m starting to look for a new insurance company and before getting into an other insurance company now I know to see their reviews before start giving my money away. I’m going thru a very bad experience with Infinity insurance. I will be reporting this company to the BBB I just found out that besides paying a deductible of 500 I also need to pay a co-pay I have never heard of this before.
Do not buy this insurance because they cannot afford to pay people and the accident they wanted to pay half of a half when it was their clients fault to begin with they do not pick up the phone or return messages.

DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE I got this insurance because it is much cheaper than other policies I've experienced horrible Customer Service. Don't even bother filing a claim because they will make it impossible they don't cover ANY claims. The adjusters and managers are very rude and do not return calls. one of the adjusters named just showed up at my HOUSE, with out calling.. they said to complete my claim they would need me to bring in phone call history any debt or credit accounts, ebay accounts, cash app , venmo and lots of info that has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR OR CAR INSURANCE
I highly suggest all those that are having issues with this company should contact the better business bureau. This company should be shut down. My husband had an accident since November 14, almost lost his and his daughters life. NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLLL. THE ADJUSTER IS VERY RUDE AND ALL THEY KEEP DOING IS SENDING HIM ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE. HIS CAR WAS TOTALED AND THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES JUST SO THEY WONT PAY HIM FOR THE VEHICLE. Absolutely the WORST customer service of ANY company I've dealt with. Six weeks into my auto collision claim and they still have not transferred my car to the auto repair shop. The phone adjuster tries to talk over you as you speak and is absolutely no help.
I was involved in an accident on December 1st which shattered my windshield. I immediately reported the accident and got a claim #, 20003643617, and I was informed an adjuster, Jessica Dunn, 205-803 8386, would call me within 24 hours. I received one phone call from her in four days and I have been trying to get back in touch with her to no avail. All my calls go right to her voice mail. I am presently on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor at Infinity and have been on hold for 38 minutes at this moment. I just got dropped from my call and plan to cancel my policy with Infinity as soon as possible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
On Nov. 2nd I was broad sided by a lady texting at around 30 MPH and I was running around the same speed. I was out of control at that time and went through a cinder block building. Trapped for over an hour in the van, She had no valid license but was insured by Infinity. They were quick to call but now it's Dec.4th and after calling the adjuster and his supervisor numerous times they won't return my call. I'm out of work now with no van and therapy three to four times a week and still nothing from them. I've hired an attorney but it looks like I'll have to mortgage my property to get another van.
Only because there is not an option to give 0 stars they get one. WORST AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. You have been warned, stay away from them. Only because somebody is in fault of a accident doesn't mean they deserve the worst, unattentive, waiting for 2 months to get a resolution- customer service. I put one star because is the only choice for the review. On October 19, 2019 my car was parked in reverse in the parking lot of a shopping center and when I returned to the car they had crashed it. I asked several people and nobody saw anything. I quickly took my car to the body shop and from there I did all the management with the insurance company INFINITY, the worst insurance company there is. They asked me how it was and I told them how the accident was. The body shop did everything as the car was dismantled in front of the person the insurance sent. After a few days without me knowing that the case was under investigation, Mr. Demis Diaz, Senior Special Investigator, 305 506 2403 communicated with me. The day he contacted me to tell me that the damage to the car did not match the way I said the hit was ,He said he gave me the opportunity to say what really happened ... I felt it was a tremendous lack of respect because it made me feel like I was lying to him, when I had hit a car in the back the way he said the accident happens when he wasn't there and me either, I would reported it anyway because I paid insurance for that, but I couldn't lie. Then I contacted my adjuster Nekisha Mims 205 588 3170 and I found out that the case was closed, because I called her because she never communicated with me at any time. She says that I close the case for the decision of Mr. Demis and Mr. Demis says that the one who makes that decision is Mrs. Mims who is the adjuster of the claim. So since that was their decision telling me from the beginning what happened and they want me to lie, I can't give them the pleasure of lying. Now I will have to do everything through a lawyer, to solve the situation. I would never have had insurance like this in life if I had read all the bad reviews before.
A representative from infinity contacted me and unfortunately nothing could be done about my situation. I would not recommend this car insurance to anyone since you will still have to pay your deductible even if someone else hit you. Reply with this to Infinity- I already contacted the information below and nothing could be done. I will be ending my insurance with Infinity. So people beware
This company is not good at all. Its been 2 months since my totaled loss and they are not doing nothing to help. My adjuster Roxana Renteria Phone: 1-818-854-3144 is not helping at all. I'm going to fill out a claim at the the California Department of insurance and also I'm going to join a class action against them.
This company is bat sh!t crazy! I was hit by one of their drivers, and the police report clearly states it was her fault. The damn Supervisor that sounded like a robot reading from a script. " Wendell Lambert" Email Wendell.lambert@kemper ...gave me excuse after excuse. Saying they were going to continue to deny the claim until they verify with the police. What the hell! WOW. It's so apparent this companies MO is to DENY ALL CLAIMS. Take their clients money and JUST SAY NO to their responsibility. What a nightmare.
Hi my name is Beverly Simon and I was involved in a accident on the 25th of October that wasn't my fault one of their insured driver hit my car and totaled Aubrey beca is my adjuster I only talked to her one time I have call her numerous times no answer the messages are full so you can't get in contact with her and Laura Jones is her supervisor and you cannot get in contact with her because her messages are full and now today she's on leave so I can't talk to no one when they don't answer their phone at this point I am so upset I do not know what to do I think I'm going to talk to attorney about this also they have my car at a insurance auction junkyard and the status on that waiting for title how can you be waiting on a title and I still owe on it customer service so awful the Adjusters is awful to I've never seen a insurance company like this terrible terrible terrible and all they do is tell lies they told me don't worry that they was going to take care of everything and the 25th of November will be a month 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 also going to make a complaint to the state commissioner for insurance on them this is uncalled for Infinity by Kemper Insurance Company someone need to do something about this insurance company
I would leave 1/2 star if possible! They are a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM... I'm still waiting ( it's been 4 months) to be paid for there client that hit my business. I finally went to my insurance company who is Great!!( Nationwide).

Dec 20,2019Much like many of the reviews here, I was involved in an accident with one of their insureds on November 19th. With the exception of the original call to the 800 number to get a claim number I have yet to talk to anyone in person. The adjuster Jave Alvarez has never answered the phone and the voicemail is usually full. It's a month later and nothing has been done. I'm just going to file the claim with my insurance company and let them subrogate.
