Nov 14,2019This is my second time dealing this this company. I'm trying to take my vehicle in for repairs and either Natalie or Americo my adjuster and his manager are reachable. They are also not helping with getting me into a rental vehicle, rental reservation. I just had an accident in July and they provided me a rental and now my adjuster claims they only reimburse. He also asked me to contact him to get the estimate emailed to me. After calling him, because I'm using a different shop and probably because they sent a payment for some reason after I told them I plan to repair it at a shop, he is not being cooperative in providing the requested info.

Nov 13,2019Complete CROOKS!!! If they could get 0 stars, they would! have a good driving record and never been involved in a major accident before. I had full coverage on my car. My brother borrowed my car and hit a pole. Luckily no one else was hurt or involved in the accident but he totaled the car. I filed a claim and did not hear from anyone. Finally got the claim adjusters info and could never get a hold of her. The email they say to email is total bogus. Sent in multiple emails with no replies! Then they sent me a letter saying they’re denying my claim and now received a collections notice that I owe the tow yard over $2000 because the insurance did not cover it. My car is undrivable and completely totaled. DO NOT, get insurance with them. They only want your money but will not help when it comes down to it. They should be shut down!

Nov 12,2019TERRIBLE - STAY AWAY - GO BACK - RUN!!!! I submitted a claim weeks ago, my adjuster is Alex Lopez at 956-578-0273 - On the message he says he will call you back before end of business day - THE PROBLEM IS - his voicemail is always full, no way to leave a message!!!! I have tied over 20 times in 8 days and not heard a thing!!! In his message, it says to call his manager Natalie Ellison at 800-508-5833 x 7131 if you need immediate assistance, so I did, but the machine says...you guessed it, ALEX LOPEZ - I've left over 10 messages and NOT ONE RETURN CALL!!! I called my local broker and even they could not get a hold of anyone - I AM AN ATTORNEY AND MY NEXT ACTION IS TO FILE SUIT. Oct 31,2019This insurance sucks! Be careful! I have been involved car accident at the end of Sept. The younger boy drive his car careless hit on the car back and my car scratch the front car. The policeman give me the report and his guy;s insurance is Infinity. I almost call this company everyday about my claim. I have to rent a car for the whole month, and today the Infinity told me that guy is not belong Infinity. But the policeman give me the Insurance paper work has the car information and the driver's information.

Oct 19,2019Just so you all know, there is an agency...The California Department of Insurance that governs insurance companies. I have a co-worker that I helped fill out a claim with them against this company. I think if more people let the State of California know just how bad this company is...maybe, they would do something about it.

Oct 15,2019This company try to steal customer money. My mother is main holder of insurance, and she does not speak English well. I called to the company with my mother beside to cancel the policy and got resolved. The representative asked her permission to cancel the policy. We go over the clarification process and by the end, they said if there are any problem they will call back. However, suddenly they charge our money for our policy not even active, and they said they declined the cancellation because of my mother did not talk to us. I said "what" seriously. I have to call back to resolve the problem. we have to work and we do not have time to wait on the phone in order to hope to cancel the policy. In addition, the broker and company try to increase rate without reasons. They said we had accident (But we do not have) to increase to money of policy. To be honest, I have a good deal from other company and save up to 600$ for a year. Get away from this company

Oct 10,2019I'm insured with them at the moment. Our car was a total loss in May, to this date I am still trying to finalized everything. The appraiser left items out of the appraisal and now the GAP can't finalized the account. I have called, emailed, left voicemail and nothing. One month and a half after, I still get the run around. Nobody knows anything, nobody can't help. Not sure If I can cancel my policy and go with someone else, because to be honest, Infinity sucks!

Oct 08,2019This company is a total scam the people there never know what they talking about when you call them for help they give you the run around like they don’t see what you talking about even though they supposedly have your account open with the policy they ask you me and my husband have automatic payment but I also created the account so I could watch how much the remaining payment would be every time we pay but the closer we get to finish paying the insurance off I saw that they kept adding more money to pay I called they didn’t resolve nothing they try to make it seem like I missed a payment after I asked the guy if he sure that he has my account open the guy claim ooh I’m not the primary holder and claim my husband can call them back and hang up my husband called they said it’s because he didn’t put a date in one of the paperwork he signed so my husband asked them to send the paper for him to sign after 3days I kept calling because we didn’t receive the paperwork they finally send it we send that paperwork by email and faxing they claim they never received it so that charge stayed the last time I called and make sure to write everything they say down the people I talked to told me the exact amount I saw was left to pay now I went to check it again it’s more I try calling no one is answering the phone they trying to make us pay the policy before the 6months I don’t even know when we do end up finish paying it off what they going to try to do next they adding more money for us to pay and they also making the monthly payment higher I don’t know who to contact for those people how is this company still around they don’t help anybody but them self they technically stealing from people because they think they in a position of power

Oct 03,2019Absolutely regret having them. No communication from my adjuster after I got rear ended. Finally get ahold of her and she was rude and said she had no idea about my claim since she had just got back from vacation. It was 10 days from the day they said my car was totaled until she was able to contact me. If u want to wait hours to get ahold of anyone if not days this is the company for you. 3 seperate occasions i waited 30 mins in customer service to get hung up on before speaking with anyone. And she didnt do basic paperwork to report the accident to the dmv so i may lose my license. Thanks infinity.

Oct 01,2019Really crappy company to deal with. One of their insured hit my car while they were driving with no license or registration. After filing a claim with them, I was denied because they said that they fully believe their driver. This is a company that insures drivers with no license and no vehicle registration. I'm surprised that it's even legal for them to exist. If anyone reads this and you were hit by someone who has this insurance, there's no point even going through them, they'll deny your claim because they don't want to take responsibility for a driver that wasn't even supposed to be on the road. If you're someone who has insurance with them, know that they're giving you "insurance", but they really won't do anything than take your monthly payments and run.

Sep 18,2019I was involved in an accident with someone who had infinity insurance. My car is totaled and I have not been able to get a call back from an adjuster or anyone in claims. My car is totaled and I am injured and it was the customer of infinity’s fault. Luckily there is a police report but I have yet to hear back from infinity, and am screwed without a car and can’t pay for a rental out of pocket. after reading all the reviews I am experiencing the same thing and have now got an attorney involved. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Sep 15,2019I want everyone to know that the bot or individual that responds to negative Infinity Insurance reviews, does not return an email back nor makes a phone call to help anyone. If you have Infinity Insurance you do not really have insurance, 9 times out of 10, they will not cover your bodily injuries nor the damage done to your vehicle. Of course I am speaking about a claim in which you are not at fault, they want photos and everyone does not take photos of the accident scene. If you live in Florida as I do, you will never reach your adjuster because they are In Alabama!!! I’m going to take the individual who rear entered me to small claims court and I am going to report this unethical, malicious company to the city via their insurance consumer services and the BBB. To hell with these monsters.

Sep 10,2019Very bad company i insured my 2 vehicles and set it up on auto payment with them i get a cancellation notice for non payment wow i renewed the policy with another down payment i should have run a month goes bye i get another cancellation letter this time they drop my van because they say its a commercial van and they dont do commercial insurance what a joke they had my vin they gave me insurance on it twice total bs company i just got collection notice in the mail for another $93 payment thats was on auto payment this was months ago now they have my credit screwed up and they turned me into the dmv for not having insurance over there fault my van is just a chevy express some commercial vehicle do your self a favor and stay far away from this company if they screw you as bad as this imagine what they would do if you needed them from a accident enjoy my hard earned $ and thanks for the lesson ill stay with usaa now karma is real

Nov 19,2019If I could give it no stars i would!! I was recently in a car accident, the other party carried this insurance. Infiniti is the worse company they never return calls, emails , faxes I had to involve a lawyer and infiniti doesn't seem to care who's involved they still won't reply. After many months infiniti paid out my car and gave me the lowest possible amount of money for my car.. keep in mind infiniti took my car a week later after the accident .. I have been careless since... DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. ALL OF THEM SUCK !!! JAVI THE ADJUSTER DOMINIQUE THE OTHER ADJUSTER!!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!
