Chris Ramirez was exceptional! He took the time to customize a policy that was best for me. He explained certain terms and really took time with me to create a package that fit my budget. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received! I spoke with Erick who was patient, charismatic and very likable! Thank you for the great service!
This insurance company is crooked. I was rear ended by someone with Infinity/Kemper insurance. They denied my claim because the person who owned the car lent it to their roommate. So, even though insurance follows the car, they decided they were not responsible. This is NOT a company you want to deal with. They have reams of bad reviews online and they specialize in insuring hard to cover drivers. It's a joke. You have insurance only to be hit by someone who "has insurance" and they can randomly decide to not take responsibility. I filed a complaint with the CA Dept of Insurance.
I dont recommend Infinty Insurace to NO ONE!! They are the worst insurance company. We had a bad experience with this company I'm super upset even though we were covered for quite a while. I cant belive they mistreat customers like they treat me. INFINITY INSURANCE SUCKS.!!
I got into a small fender bender. It has been over 2 MONTHS for them to get back to me with an actual reasonable claim payout. The adjuster, SHERIDA JOHNSON, will not answer or return my calls. I have been calling for weeks! I am officially getting a lawyer, something I had hoped was unnecessary. The claim pay out they got back to me with originally is HALF what it would take to get it fixed.
AGAIN i HAVE TRIED MY AGENT THAT WORKS FOR KEMPER FOR 3 DAYS AND NO REPLY. JD CROWE IS THE AGENT AND HAS DONE PRACTICALLY NOTHING. STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR RENT A CAR. SENT HIM BILL AND ONLY GOT HALF PAYMENT. SAID THEY WOULD HANDLE WITH ENTERPRISE BUT NOT DONE. MY WIFE HAS MEDICAL ISSUES FROM ACCIDENT AND THEY ARE FAILING ON THOSE BILLS. THIS IS A SISTER CO. This is the worst insurance company ever. It has been 3 months since their client's car accident and finally after my car was fixed they decided not to pay enterprise rental car for the 3 days which resulted in enterprise charging my credit card on file for those 3 days. This company is so unprofessional at all. The adjuster "Kayla" and the customer service never answer phone calls and voice mail box is always full. Even when you send emails, they take forever to respond back but most of the times they don't respond at all. This the worst insurance company ever. They should not even stay in business.
tengo la poliza con ellos y para poder que me dieran una cuota para adherir a un hijo, me forzaron practicamente a decir q ya vivia en casa, para despues cotizar, cotizan muy caro y decido no adherirlo y despues me hacen firmar una exclucion de mi hijo y aun asi me subieron la poliza de 2300 a 3500, sabiendo q puse q mi hijo ni vive con migo y q ya no va a amanejar los carros. llame a aclarar y me bajaron el precio pero me cobraron el tiempo q supuestamente mi hijo estuvo como excluido, osea estaba excluido y aun asi cobraron y sin avisarme. me voy lo mas pronto posible.

I had to sue Infinity when I was hit. They refused to help me and I was told by a manager that they had my money and would not help me....they got what they wanted......no lie those were his words. I had to hire an attorney to get them to do something for me. Infinity sent my car to a chop shop and I was driving around on a bent frame for years. I will NEVER EVER use them again......BEWARE!!!
Please give me an adjuster who is in the office. Please call me back. You have my number on several voicemails, I cannot put it here. Your costumer service does not know what PIP means. They cannot tell me what insurance I have bought. The claims department refers me to the costumer department and the other way round for the easiest questions. The costumer service even says there is no claim, which is not true. They say my adjuster may be on holiday, "there is no way to know". Really? I have urgent questions. Why can I not get an adjuster who calls me back? Thank you.
Got insurance in September of 2018 through they're online service. After paying policy for two months received letter from DMV that they had canceled my registration due to no insurance coverage. I called customer service explained what was going on and she read back the Vin# and I noticed they had made a mistake by one # off on their end and she fixed it. I told the lady that i should be honored two months free of coverage after theyre mistake and she stated that she could not do that. I told her what if I had gotten into an accident and without knowing of DMV cancellation would I have been covered then. She proceeded to tell me that they would've caught the mistake and would've been covered at the time of any accident. I did not buy into that BS so I proceeded to find another premium elsewhere (Geico) and got a new policy. Did not make payment after finding better coverage now they sent a collection on final payment when it clearly states on they're terms that if no payment is received after ten days policy will be canceled. Explain why am I being sent to collections for bad service?
My insurance policy expired and renewed the same day. I got a notice of no sr22 (financial responsibility) from dmv.now dmv wants 55.00 that they said they wouldn't pay for their mistake.when policy is over I just got to tell f___ off
Hace casi 2 meses una señora se quedó dormida manejando y me chocó por atrás de mi auto que ha sido declarado como pérdida total. Hasta ahora el seguro no me paga y ayer que llamé y hablé con un representante de nombre David Cooper terminó colgandome el telefono. Ya me ha parado la Policía 3 veces por los daños de mi carro y el seguro no me quiere pagar. Esta es mi segunda experiencia mala con Infinity, este Sr Cooper me dijo que puede tomar 2 años el pagarme. Es increible todo esto, peor es su servicio al cliente. Lo unico que quiero es que me pague el seguro, yo puntualmente les pago cada mes por asegurar mi vehiculo.
I don't even want to give ONE star but I had to at least give one in order to write my review. My husband was hit a month ago by a lady who is insured by infinity. It was her fault and she admitted that. There is even a police report! However here we are a month later and this insurance company can't get a hold of her, so they are taking NO blame. They would not even pay for my rental car. MY insurance company paid for some and I paid for some. Then they total out my husbands car and I have to pay MY DEDUCTIBLE because this women is avoiding her insurance company and INFINITY is allowing it! Your insuring some one who can't even take blame!! At least be a decent insurance company and pay out some money for the person your insuring. But nope they won't pay a single DIME until she answers her phone. That alone has GUILTY written all over it. Yet again INFINITY is ALLOWING her to get away with causing an accident that resulted in TOTALING my husbands car, then I had to pay for a rental, AND pay my deductible. ALL things this women and her insurance company should be paying for due to it being her fault.
I was in an accident with one of their insured on 7/14. It was the other womans fault because she ran a stop sign, therefore she was at fault and received a ticket. It is now 7/31 and I have yet to even have an appraiser to come do an estimate on my car. So for 2 and a half weeks I have been stuck with no car because they won't get me a rental. Incompetent is an understatement to describe this company. I dont understand how they are still even in business. When my adjuster finally got a copy of the crash report on 7/22, over a week after the accident I was told the appraiser would be coming by my house to do an estimate in the next 2 days. That was a week ago and I havent heard a word. I called adjuster yesterday and was told he can't do anything I just have to wait for the appraiser to get off his high horse to come look at my car. I have been calling my adjusters manager for over a week and have left several rmessages but not one time has she bothered to return my call. I didn't wanna have to go the attorney route, I just want my car fixed but I'm starting to think I am going to have to in order for these ignorant people to give a crap.

Buenos días.. voy a comentar una mala experiencia que estoy teniendo con esta empresa de seguros.. hace un mes compré un carro y en dealer me hicieron un contacto con una empleada de nombre lizet López esa persona me pidió un depósito de 200 dólares para tener la cobertura de póliza de seguro.. yo pase la información de mi tarjeta y el precio acordado fue de 124 dólares x mes y luego ese depósito se me iba a devolver.. en estos días hago un control de los descuentos de mi cuenta de banco y me encuentro con una cuota de seguro de 215 dólares, y que ese depósito que puse hace un mes jamás fue devuelto a mi cuenta y tampoco eran 200 sino que me descontaron 300 lo cual tomó contacto con la empresa y no solo que no me dieron una solución sino q la señora lizet López me termino insultando y me paso con su Manager de nombre Ana que tampoco sabía qué decirme y termino hechandole la culpa a una empleada del dealer lo cual me puse en contacto con ella y me pasó las conversaciones que mantuvo con la señora lizet López y pude determinar que no solo la señora es una estafadora sino q la empresa también tienen conocimiento de lo q sus empleados están haciendo .. así que llame a mi banco para informar el fraude y voy a poner en conocimiento a la justicia de el fraude también para q no sigan haciéndolo con otras personas.. la verdad una vergüenza esa empresa ensuciarse x tan poco dinero.. me siento estafado y voy a dar de baja la póliza de seguro..
My car caught on fire on the freeway on 7/20 and called the insurance company right away as soon as my vehicle was towed away. I asked what happens now since the officer said it's a total loss and will no longer be able to do anything to recover it? The representative said wait to hear from an adjuster. And now I am truly disappointed with the service that is being provided. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with adjusters and supervisors leaving messages over and over for the past six days with no response at all. Simply awful, service.
