This is a 0 star rating, the worst possible review I can post. I have been contacting customer service and claim's managers to answer my request on a follow up claim since August 2019 where we were the claimant on their insured driver that has been a nightmare. I've made attempt after attempt, emails, voice messages and no one will return or respond to my requests. They are falsifying their automated responses by saying they will have someone contact you within "3 business days" and then I never hear from anyone. Leaving a voice message on a supervisor's phone also gets you no where, they even indicate they will return your call the SAME day if you call within such-and-such time. That is also a false statement! I am extremely frustrated and cannot understand how Infinity Auto Insurance can still in business. Something needs to change. DM
How does a company like this desire to have structure and follow strict guidelines when its foundation is both poor and weak. This place has no idea of what customer service is because all they do is make excuses. If I were an employee I would never tell people where I work! Please don't tell me to send my concerns to mobile.inquiries@ipacc. com because it is obvious that you all just want your pay check. If you're not going to work and do your job, just shut the company down and save everyone the headache!
My name is Tracey Bellone and I have been dealing with my claim since November 8,2019. June Delgadillo is my adjuster and asked me to gather the police and fire department reports since my car caught fire she CLAIMS she asked for it but has yet to receive it in 2 plus months I got them in 2 weeks. I am fed up with this insurance company and I plan to find another company once my claim is resolved. Two times this week I've left June and her boss Shana msg to call me telling them I have the reports and guess what they haven't called me back. They take my monthly payment but lag on paying my car and giving me the remaining money. This company is horrible please someone in corporate help me.
It's just sad that the fault driver hit my car was insured with infinity. Worst experience with insurance company I ever had. My car was his when the other driver trying to park. Never be able to contact my adjuster, every time I call I was transfered to another person. My body shop got approval from them for the estimated repair cost around 12k and then they only tell me that they will only cover 10k after the repair is almost finished. It has been two months now still no one contacted me.If I knew so I would just use my own policy at the first time.

Infinity Insurance Company the most ignorant customer service ever. They would not take care of people whose cars are damaged by their insured drivers. This is what email I wrote them "Claim number: 20003692376 Hello, I am writing to you in connection with the accident in which your insured driver M F rear-ended my Hyundai Tucson 2020. I am very frustrated with your handling of the situation. I have been trying to connect with your employees so many times and there isn't any response to my inquiries for quicker appraisal of the damages and approval of the funds for the repair of my vehicle. Moreover, numerous times I asked you about a rental car so I don't pay so much with my credit cards. I tried to call so many times to no avail. I am so exhausted and frustrated to deal with all this. The police report is ready. If you want I can send you a copy. There you can find your "investigative details" and see that your insured diver M F was at fault for the accident. I Left so many messages to Nathalie A and Americo O and nobody answers them. Please, resolve this situation ASAP. The distress in our lives becomes unbearable! R G " Nobody still bothered to call me and resolve my issue. It is the most ignorant company ever. Their driver rear-ended our car while we were standing on a red light on a traffic light! He confessed to the police officer that his brakes wouldn't stop and still they had to "investigate"! I sent them the police report too because "they were not allowed to obtain it before 30 days after the accident" as their adjuster Americo O said?! The report clearly states who is at fault. I will attach it to the link below. And here I am, running debt on my credit cards for rental cars, my car sits at the shop waiting on their "investigation" and our lives are a mess. On top of that, good luck connecting with any of them!
my accident happened about 9 months ago ,A truck ran a red light and struck my truck damaging my front end.I reported accident right away to my insurance .needless to say police report came back undetermined ,meaning insurance had to resolve who was at fault.Well this got a lot complicated with me ,come to find out his insurance company was the same as mine, they were completely not helpful at all, A few weeks pass and I get a letter from insurance company saying it was my fault , So my next step was to get counseling from a lawyer, I spoke to two of them and there response were the same . This is a good opportunity for insurance company's not to pay .So this was the end result, I got kicked to the curb by this insurance company ....they just want to get out of paying any claim.

Infinity insurance is the worst, I have been with them over the years and I missed my payment date due to there offices not accepting payments which it was an Saturday so I called them to let them know the next business day that I couldn’t make my payment on line our over the phone because they blocked my policy and they made me fill out a form and to reinstate my policy and when I tried to make the payment it was telling me my policy was cancel and I called customer service back and she told me give it 30 mins to an hour I did so still wouldn’t let me make my payment I went online still it kept saying locked to make a long story short they gave me the run around for four days and when they finally got my payment it was on the 31st and they waited 9 days to take the payment out my account which interfered with my other bills and sent there payment back and now they want file my cliam
My car has just been sitting at a collision center for 3 weeks. No one at Infinity will return my calls or theirs. Beyond frustrated.
Please we need that someone answer the email that we sent. Call us. We need to fix our car.

This is the worst insurance company ever my car was totaled by another driver and they won't answer my phone calls and emails or return my messages I've been waiting for 3 months.
I had an accident with one of their policy holders on 01/16/20 and have contacted the adjuster several times and still have been given the run. Every time I call it is the same issue that they need some information from their insured before they can clear coverage. I think they should look at my car and give me a rental and they have yet to do it. At this point I need a lawyer to get involved do not appreciate the lack of communication and business not professional at all. The insurer has taken responsibility and is at fault based on their statement.
I've been with infinity for around 3 month's now. So far every month something or other has came up as an issue and had to pay the initial amount and reinstate my policy. They claim other drivers and request a fine or original initial payment and start my policy all over again. If someone else was driving my car I would of put them on the initial application and excluded them from the beginning. They claimed because of a phone call they made to me and who lives in my house hold that they determined someone else might drive my car even though I never said someone else drives it or even has a driver license to operate any motor vehicle. After heated discussion on how they take it upon them selves to think that there might be other drivers is just an excuse to rob us of our hard earned money. It's bad enough dealing with registration suspension fees for no insurance with the crooks at the DMV and then to be having to go through this nonsense is absurd. I have a little one with me when I go out and to already been without insurance because of something they "think" is totally unprofessional and scary for me. God forbid something happens I get in an accident and the whole time my insurance is suspended because of an assumption they make is not cool at all. I went ahead and cancelled and now I'm looking to go to another insurance company hopefully more professional and not trying to get me for my hard earned money for ridiculous claims. If it was up to me they wouldn't get no stars at all.
My vehicle was hit by one of their customers on November 17th. It took 2 weeks to get a rental car and then a month for them to determine it was a total loss. They still owe me over $1700 and adjuster on my claim is now on a leave of absence. His supervisor has blocked my emails and refuses to return my call. I'm having to go to my local news channel to see if I can get some help to get this claim closed. This is truly an awful company. The very first adjuster I had advised me "she only works Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and she's very over worked plus their insureds come first." Good luck to anyone who has to work with them. Just go straight to an attorney or your local news channel to help you. Also I get the email address to his supervisor and he blocks my messages. I have been reading through all these reviews and have to laugh as infinity is always saying once you contact them they will have someone call you back. This is a complete lie. I have been calling daily Monday to Friday for weeks with no response.

There client got in an accident with my son. We have the police reports statement saying it there party fault and it been 5 month now that they didn't respond to us are my attorneys...I'm gonna take there party to small claim court

Feb 27,2020I really wish it would let you put a 0! Worst insurance company ever! They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!
