Mi vehículo se inundó el día 6/6/19 y desde ese día todo ha sido horrible con Infinty. El centro de atención al cliente muy malo... he llamado unas 50 veces y SIEMPRE espero entre 15 y 45 minutos para ser atendido. En toda esa espera, la máquina dice: nuestros profesionales expertos están atendiendo a otros clientes... profesionales expertos en que?!?!?!? Lo único que hacen es leer un reporte de una computadora y luego te dicen que ellos no pueden hacer más nada. Los tasadores, ajustadores, jefes de taller, etc NUNCA atienden el teléfono. Los conductores de las grúas hacen lo que les da la gana y dejan el vehículo en un taller sin ninguna autorización y luego dicen que no saben dónde está el vehículo. Al saber eso fui al taller y veo mi vehículo lleno de mold y con stickers que dicen "TOTAL LOSS" y nadie me informa nada. Ya tengo un mes y veinte días esperando y utilizando el vehículo de mi esposa para poder ir y venir de mi trabajo y dejándola a ella embarazada y con un niño de dos años sola en casa y aún no tengo respuestas!!!!!! IRRESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL!!! Actualización martes 8/13 Aún no se nada de mi vehículo!!!! INCREÍBLE!!!!

-10 star for this company. This insurance company is the worst insurance ever. My car was hit by an Infinity insured on 6/28. It is now 7/25. My car is still not fixed due to infinity's stupidity and incompetent's adjusters. The body shop is still waiting on infinity's payment to start fixing my car. Every time I get on the phone with them, they keep saying they will escalate the claim so the adjuster can send out the payment. I called on Friday 7/19 to check status on claim and nothing yet so they escalated the claim. I am on the phone with them as I am typing this 7/25 and I was just told that the claim has not been picked up by any adjuster yet. I am just so loss for words. I am just glad to know that I am not the only person that thinks this insurance is a piece of crap. This insurance should be banned, cancelled, sued or whatever. I understand that this is a cheap insurance that's why everybody gets it, but the stress you get out of this insurance alone is not worth it. It is not worth it. I really hope this will be the last time I have to deal with this piece of crap insurance. I will not recommend this insurance to anybody.

I had an accident with my car, filled the claim: 20003526371. It's going to make 1 month that im without my car and i don't have previsions what is going to happen. I pay everything correct and i need news. The process is too slow and the support doesn't make things clears for the customer. Hope i can give you guys 5 stars soon.

I requested a quote from this company and they've provided me with an annual premium of $1100 for my auto insurance. I’ve agreed with the price and proceed buying the insurance the same day, they provide me with proof of insurance. A few days later and I received the actual policy by mail the increased my premium for about $ 450 more, stating the zip code was incorrect, which is not true, I’ve provided them with a copy of my drivers license with the correct zip code and also, they provide me with the proof of insurance with the right zip code the very first day of coverage. Customer service is less than poor, and they refuse to admit they made a mistake. I do not recommend this Insurance company to anyone, very bad experience.

Drop this company ASAP! Unprofessional and crooked. Please be careful not to have a claim. I had an accident recently. The other party is at fault and they didn't ask for the police report or photos just said it was my fault and hung up. Cheap they are but you get what you pay for. Dump them NOW!

OK when I got involved in an accident with and infinity police holder (she was at fault got dual dash cam on my car) I contact them (Infinity insurance) and provided all the info asked including the videos as proof of what happened, they send right away and inspector to access the damages and a letter with the adjuster info to contact that’s when everything went bad, have been 3 weeks calling the adjuster ZACK MAYBERRY to not avail not a single call back from him. I don't know what to say. This have to be the worst insurance company in the world, and I fill sorry for the customers that they give service, I guessed that you get what you pay for.

UNPROFESSIONAL & DISORGANISED I spoke to your company on 5/11 notifying them that I wanted to reduce the policy to the minimum insurance 124.46$/month -the rate that i agreed - . I was then instructed to mail a copy of the attached document to your company. I mailed the document to the address included in the file on 5/13. Since then,- I've been charged twice 255,20$/month * 2- for a policy I didn't agree for, nor did I specify in the attached. I've called on several occasions to rectify the issue- your company cannot locate my records. i find it extremely unprofessional and disorganised that when I've followed the instructions given to me, I am still overcharged wrongfully for a policy that I do not want, nor do I need. I need confirmation that I will be reimbursed for the inappropriate charge.

If I could give zero stars I would. My accident occurred over a month ago and an appraisal hasn't even been completed. You cannot reach ANYONE to help you at this company. Maria Mendoza is a fraud. Melissa Artalleta (her supposed supervisor) is just as bad. And it looks like the only way to get a response is to leave a complaint on here. Someone please help. It literally rains into my car now and no one is even trying to help. I am not an Infinity customer (thank goodness) but the person who hit my car is.

Is the place even a real insurance company? My daughter was in an accident with a guy insured by Infinity and I swear you can never speak with anyone about your case. I would not spend money for them to represent me this way. I guess I can file a complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commission too. Don't waste your money with these guys

I don't understand how this company stays in business. Please do not use this company as an insurance provider. I was involved in an accident with an infinity select customer. The adjuster handling my claim was completely unprofessional. The supervisor for this adjuster is just as bad. It has been almost 60 days and my car is still not repaired because getting someone on the phone is a joke. I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commission, and I am still considering legal options. Generally I am not one to sue, but this company has pushed me to the breaking point.

I can’t even get a hold of their automated phone to make a payment and their server is always down. Imagine that. Even making them a payment is a hassle 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

I hate this insurance agency!!! I was involved in an accident and they did not thoroughly investigate and sent a letter stating I was at fault. They shortened me in paying for my repairs and stated it was because I went to an autoshop out of there provider list. I haven't even gone to a shop yet!!!!!!!! They never answer the phone and supervisiors don't respond either. Worst company ever!!! Definitely cancelling!!!

Worst insurance company I've ever had. Only had a six month policy, my insurance rates have increased two times within a matter of four months. My payment went up $100 a month, and all upon their errors. They did not want to help me lower my payments, they are nothing but a scam.

Drop this insurance ASAP. I had to file a complaint against them as they are a very incompetent company. Their insurance adjusters are unprofessional and unreliable. They are also extremely cheap esp with reimbursement for repairs. I switched after 3 months of hell with them. Was happy to go to progressive

I was involved in a collision with (NO ONE AT FAULT) The accident happened May 10th, no one was injured, but my car was left in bad shape and I wasn't able to drive it. I was not contacted until May 14th. I was told that someone (Till this day I have no idea who this person is) would go see my car in order to even take it to a body shop. I wasn't told I had to pick up a check until 5:30pm May 24th. By that time, their office was closed. I advised my adjuster of this, yet she went on to repeat the same thing and not acknowledge that it was IMPOSSIBLE to pick up the check until Tuesday May 29th because Monday was a holiday. Despite everything, I was able to find a body shop. However, the check was obviously not going to deposit immediately. WAITTT! Let's pause for a second. Since I wasn't contacted on time I had to take out my own rental (BUT In my policy I did pay for car rental reimbursement). I was then told by my adjuster that they would cover from May 21st-June 2nd ONLY! Please tell me how can my car be repaired in 2 days? Let me sum this story up for you.... It's July 9th (2 MONTHS LATER), my car has been repaired since July 3rd (and could've been repaired faster if it wasn't for infinity's negligance) yet I don't have my car. I've paid over $800 worth of car rental and all that is being said to me is that "they can't do anything". This is ridiculous, worst experience I've ever had. I'm currently negative on my bank account, I have no car, I've missed numerous days of work throughout this process due to false promises and this isn't even my fault... Heads up for anyone who gets NINO BLACKSHIRE as an adjuster.... she won't ever answer your call, she will go on vacation and have you pay for the consequences, she will disconnect your call, will only email you when she wants to, will try and act as if you said something you didn't, and will never put you as a priority even when she says she is. You want her attention? Email her the same exact message about 50 times in a row. That was the only way I was able to get a call back. I CANT WAIT FOR THIS TO BE OVER. I'M CANCELING IMMEDIATELY!! ZERO STARS!

One of my vendors backed Into my customers car, Turns out he had infinity insurance. The vendor filed a claim however i am still waiting for the check for the headlight and they are refusing to pay for the necessary amount of labor to install the headlight. We are now at two weeks! The headlight needs to be installed at our labor rate not one that is made up by infinity and it must be programmed and calibrated without the programming and calibration the headlight will not work. The insurance agent that i am dealing with is Jennifer Paniagua. I have been calling every day and they refuse to call me back or as Jennifer told me in the only conversation i have had with her. I asked her why after 5 days of calling why didn't you call me back. Her reply was "If i don't have any progress then why should i give you a courtesy call back?" She should be fired! Please escalate this case and give it to another person that knows how to use a phone or basic customer service skills.

If you want insurance that you can’t get ahold of then infinity is for you. First of all I tried calling to file a claim, All you get is automated recordings and then put on hold because all the agents are “busy” helping other clients. I then got so fed up being on hold I filed a claim online. No big deal it was easy enough although I would have preferred speaking to an actual human. You think I would have received a call or something to follow up. Nope nothing. I finally received paperwork in the mail with my claim adjusters info. Great finally, progress! Nope I’ve called him multiple times and have yet to hear anything about my accident that I filed almost two weeks ago. His voicemail says he will call you back by the end of the business day. Yeah okay good luck with that. He even has his managers info on his voicemail. Okay let’s give that a shot and see if we get anywhere. Nope the number isn’t even valid. All I want is to speak to an actual person to schedule an appraisal since if I do it online it’s saying the nearest appraisal location is 30 minutes away! Are you kidding me!? Mind you I have been a policy holder with infinity for years now and it’s been fine because I’ve never been in an accident, but this is crazy. Once my case is settled which by law they have 30 days. I am canceling with infinity and will never recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Infinity has been completely awful and it’s not even near over yet. I was hit by a driver on June 20th. I filed a claim immediately and was told my Adjuster would be contacting me within a maximum of 48 hours. Since I was hit on a Thursday, I expected to hear from my adjuster on Monday. I’ve had multiple questions regarding my coverage since I’ve never been involved in an accident so extensive before. The only person I could speak too was whoever answered the call at Inifinity often times being on hold for 20-40 minutes. I called almost Daily asking for my adjuster to call me. He did not call me until Wednesday. 6 days later!! Mind you my car has been sitting at the body shop this entire time because it was not driveable after the accident. Also, the woman who hit me also has Infinity so I had to wait even longer to hear from her adjuster. Her adjuster finally called me Friday. The first thing she tries to tell me is that she’s MY adjuster. She doesn’t even know who she’s representing. I’m the one who had to tell her she’s the other women’s adjuster, could you imagine? After speaking to her she tells me that since I’ve already filed a claim with my insurance that means I’ve agreed to pay my deductible without seeking compensation from the other driver. My adjuster is telling me to pay my deductible to get my car fix and after the investigation if the other driver is found liable, I will be reimbursed for my deductible. The women’s adjuster said the complete opposite. Why I would allow her to hit me and get away with it? Why am I being given the run around? Why did I have to wait 6 days to get the process started? I’ve heard so many terrible things about Infinity and it’s all true. As soon as this is over I’m switching insurance immediately and I’m also writing a similar review on the BBB website.

Promised a refund, was told from 7-10 days to receive, then they said 15 now they're saying no refund can be given. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY LIE OVER AND OVER & ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS.
