I am not insured with Infinity but was hit by one of their policyholders. They have been quick to give me the info I need and have been very polite and professional.

Al revisar los comentarios de quienes son clientes de esta empresa me doy cuenta que son en su mayor parte malos, que no les responden, que llevan tiempo esperando, en fin. Entonces imaginense yo que no soy cliente sino afectada por un asegurado de esta empresa que desde el mes de Abril(Abril 22, 29, Mayo 3, 5, 19, Jun 01, 16) estoy esperando que me resuelvan el dano a mi carro ocasionado por la conducta inadecuada del senor y me toca estar llamando, procesos de escalacion (esperar 2 dias que te llamen y sino llamas y otros 2 dias hasta que tu reclamo llegue no se a donde o a quien). Hoy 16 de junio que llamo intentaron comunicarse con la ajustadora Kelly y su supervisora Sam y no hubo respuesta me ponen a esperar 48 horas maximo para que me devuelvan la llamada y me den una respuesta a mi caso que va a pasar al fin si me van a responder o no.

This is the worst company I have ever had. I was with them for several years. We had a not at fault minor accident. We didnt claim against them and even then they raised our policy. Their system sucks. It is hard to communicate with them, the website doesn't show updated information. Lastly, we canceled and switched to a more reputable company with better coverage and better rates and a month later, we receive a bill indicating they had changed our coverage and that we owe them a balance. Such coverage was never approved by us and we were not notified. This company is a scam. Stay away people. Does anyone know where to report this people to?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This company does not help you in your time of need. Same experience as other reviews - i got my car stolen and thankfully it was recovered and sent to a shop. I filed the claim right away, and was told an adjuster would go to see my car at the shop within a day or so. A week passed with no visit to my car. My adjuster's phone went straight to voicemail every time I called, and I left multiple messages but never received a call back. Long story short I didn't receive any communication from my adjuster until my car had been in the shop for almost 2 weeks, at which point I was being charged a holding fee daily by the shop. Even with comprehensive coverage and a police report, I was told I would have to pay my $1000 deductible (this with paying $216/month). I had to call the company line daily to even get the communication I did. It has honestly been so infuriating and I'm not saving any money with them. I'll be switching insurance companies ASAP after this experience.

Horrible insurance After buying a new 2020 Telluride I decided to try and save a little money and left Geico, boy was this the biggest mistake of my year. I dont feel like getting a long story but dont ever use this company they are horrible.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER TATIANA IS A LIAR! My husband got into an accident with one of their insurers and she lied straight to us and said there was so bodily injury on their policy and once my lawyer was involved we found out they did have bodily injury! YOU GUYS ARE TRASH.

Dont ever buy from here! I had payed for a full coverage because I had bought a car from the dealer. When I damaged my vehicle because I hit a post I posted a claim. I was calling and calling for three days straight to hear about my claim because I only got called one but missed the call. I call about 20 times each day always going to voicemail and mind you I call at different times during the day. Even left voicemails, I even called the managed of claims and NOTHING! I had to go all the way to the agency who sold me the insurance and have them call me. Finally after tons of calling and voicemails I got through only for them to tell me THAT I DID NOT HAVE FULL COVERAGE ONLY LIABILITY. How is that possible I bought the car FROM A DEALER ITS SUPPOSE TO BE FULL COVERAGE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE!

My wife’s friend has xfinity insurance and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever heard of. Currently my wife’s car is at the body shop and the owner is holding onto it because xfinity sent a check that expired and the new check that he’s expecting is constantly promised to be mailed out tomorrow. It has been two months. No one returns my calls. I think she would’ve been better off being hit by someone who has the General Insurance.

Mal servicio al cliente,malos ajustadores,en noviembre del 20 mi mama choco el auto, 1ro mandaron un cheque por 1700,les dije que eso no cubría los gastos, luego me dijeron a los dos meses que fuera a un taller,resulta que el auto fue perdida total,y el abril del 2021 aun estoy esperando el pago, la ajustadora kayla jones una persona grosera y rasista,me dijo que no me pagaría un dolar más de los 1700,y que en este país se hablaba ingles, llame di la queja y la cambiaron, total aun estoy esperando por el pago de mi auto y 5 meses sin el,realmente muy decepcionado.

This insurance is a joke. I wish I would of kept progressive. Trust me, 2019 white Camry with 20,000 miles, first accident. Estimates at 12,000. Mainly front passenger front fender damage and front bumper. 4 adjusters reassigned don’t know why, no answers nothing just to say well we’re estimating 12,000 but we’re declaring this a total loss because of cost of tear eown( uh tear down price? Lol to rip out old parts? Never seen that on an invoice) and because of possibility of further damages under hood. I went and looked at the car carefully inspected it when picking up my plate and personal belongings. No frame damage nothing. The lady adjuster tried telling me one of my lights alone is 1500 for a refurbished one at all. ( a complete and utter lie, I had a light changed it was $600 dealership price with labor included OEM). Car was a 40,000 car v6 XLE. How pathetic of an insurance, very disappointed and the adjuster declared my car a total loss out of just an outside surface inspection. Car was immaculate, the car was drivable, no engine damage. Radiator wasn’t even punctured nothing. The car was picked up by another shop go figure. They made sure to answer then to pick it up, because that cars getting repaired and resold. I learned my lesson hard. I would rather pay the extra 120 a month than to save the money for a 1 star worst reviewed insurance. In the end it cost me a whole lot more. They are cutting a check for the finance to the bank to start from zero? The car had 12,000 put into it with 6500 down payment and monthly payments for the year and month I had it. And I would of rather kept my car and had it fixed. And even the body shop at dealership people said wow this is fixable, and explained to me their bad experiences as well. You live you learn. Never again after this period trashing this policy. 3 people on policy for 3 cara, no never again. * in response. Cant contact a company that never answers nor calls back after repeated messages. They sure were fast to pick up the car though. Another shop called me in a rush to pick up the car. I know the business, it’s not hard to imagine why

Ok so I get this letter in the mailbox stating that somehow my name and driver's license was breached by infinity and all they tell me is to contact Equifax I want answers and I want them now I'm getting my lawyer and I'm suing for damages I can't even think of right now not to mention down the road whoever's got my information this is bs and I dont think it is right a flippin letter dated March 16 when this breach happened in December 2020 4months later they tell me heck no

Parra las personas que busca seguro está aseguranza infinity definitivamente es un fraude tengan mucho cuidado solo van a tirar su dinero a la basura,yo tuve una muy mala esperiecia hace poco chocaron dos de mis carros y la persona huyó y cuando me comuniqué dijeron que me enviarían al ajustador eso nunca pasó yo le tuve que hablar y el hombre fue sumamente racista ,grosero y prepotente y que no sabía cómo estaba mi caso porque cuando le estaba explicando me callaba y con todas sus letras me dijo que ellos no me iban a pagar ,una experiencia que no le deseo a nadie y al final no me ayudaron en nada afortunadamente yo obtuve el reporte de policía y así la otra aseguranza pago los daños la aseguranza es State Farm por cierto muy buena ellos me ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron y fue rápido porque infinity nunca me ayudaron y eso que les mande el reporte nunca se comunicaron con la otra aseguranza no me ayudaron en nada ah y la otra ajustadora jamás se comunicó le llame y no nunca respondió por favor tengan cuidado especialmente mi gente hispana porque este tipo de aseguranzas nunca responden y simplemente pagas por nada investiguen antes que todo..

Let me start off with how disappointing it is to have been with this insurance company for almost 10years and never had an accident or anything until now..... and this one time has been such a horrible experience!!!! My car was vandalized completely and on top of that has homophobic slurs have been keyed into my car. I got assigned an adjuster which I’ve only talked to once because every time I call I get her voicemail with no return calls, I’ve even called for an escalation. First she supposedly sets me up with an appointment to get an estimate, I let her know I work Monday through Friday but I ended up taking time off work to take my car and once I got to the body shop was told I had no appointment. I called her right then and there no answer and no call back. Ok the body shop made me wait another hour since I had no actual appointment, they take pictures and inform they will send the adjuster and I a copy of the estimate for approval. The estimate has been sent and still no call or email with an approval or any follow up. I don’t recommend this insurance and sure enough will be rethinking my renewal!!

Infinity is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, if I could give zero stars I would. They have horrible communication and have completely mishandled my uninsured motorist accident claim after creating an extremely low estimate to repair my brand new car. It's been 2 weeks since I filed my claim and they still have not contacted my body shop to approve their estimate and repairs. I was without a car for a week after taking it to be repaired because they failed to reserve my rental car, which is included in my coverage. I will be reporting them to the CA Dept. of Insurance to file a complaint for violation of Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations. Don't bother using Infinity/Kemper, they are horrible at handling claims. For the amount I pay I expected much better service, especially after being a customer for over 4 years. I will definitely be purchasing insurance from another company.

Ayer domingo (02-21-2021) tuve un incidente con mi vehículo el cual tuvo una falla de motor y se averió . Llamé al servicio de grúas para que me atendieran y nadie pudo ayudarme . El sistema trabaja de lunes a viernes en horario de oficina tuve que pagar ayer de mi bolsillo la grúa. Y estuve más de una hora esperando por un intérprete que hablara español y decían que no tenían a nadie que hablara español. Super complicado esta gente para que te ayuden, apenas salga de ésto. Y vea que me cubrirán y que se harán responsables cambió mi seguro. Un buen seguro tiene que estar disponible 24/7 para resolverles los incidentes a sus clientes. Grúas 24/7 , intérpretes 24/7.

Worst insurance you could ever have!!! Literally havent been with them in a year and get a notification on my credit report that something changed. There pushing me saying I owe 209$ when I had fully paid off my account. Back in February 2020 because they took not 1 month but 6 months to get my totalled car handled from the accident. To not even fight that i wasnt at fault when i clearly wasnt. There just there for a paycheck Progressive was 20$ morw and there 10x better then this mcdonalds ass company.

Mande una opinión por esta vía el dia 09 o 10 de febrero sobre el mal servicio de esta compañía y lo reitero, me mandaron un correo como respuesta inmediata según para arreglar mi problema de mi auto que sufrió pérdida total y es pura mentira el correo no se envía. Aún sigo esperando respuesta de esta gente que mal servicio no lo recomiendo para nada en lo absoluto es una compañía que se le paga puntual y cuando tienes un accidente no responden no compren este seguro... señores no confíen en este comentario que escriben abajo según para arreglar el problema hace desde que me respondieron envié el correo lo recibieron esta vez y aún sigo sentada esperando respuesta viendo que acción legal debo tomar NO COMPREN ESTE SEGURO ES MUY MALOO...
