On Saturday, August 1, 2020. I had an accident while I was waiting at a red light when someone hit me by the left back of my car, a Toyota Corolla 2017. I called that day to report the accident. Infinity took the Report and told me that the adjuster will call me as soon as possible. He called until Monday and took my report again. I told him that I had some upper back pain problems and some of the people like my nephew, who is sixteen years old, who was where the other car hit us had a back pain problem too. The Claims Adjuster named Jonathan Lopez did not send us to the doctor to check up, and the only thing he did was to send me to one of your bodyshops to get the estimate outside of the vehicle. I took the car to the body shop. They did not open the car or did something to check the damage like the left back door that was unable to open. They just looked at the damage outside and gave me an estimate of 1473.63 dollars. The car was really damaged. The parts they value were not the original parts from Toyota. I decided to take the car to an independent body shop for the check up. I called several times to the adjuster, Jonathan, and he did not answer my calls till three days after. He said that the estimate was lower than my deductible and he closed the case. I think it was unprofessional and irresponsible to close the case without taking me to the doctor and without checking my car in depth. The independent bodyshop estimate 5900. It was way more your estimate. The body shop does not want to start working until I pay them because they have a lot of troubles with Kemper and other insurance. I have only one car and I need it to work, I will fix my car once I get in a vacation because I need my car and I do not want to get the bus and risk my health due to Covid or rent a car while the car is two weeks or a month in bodyshop while they are waiting to get paid by the insurance or the unprofessional and irresponsable adjuster. I am paying for that car and the full coverage insurance is mine, I paid for it and the responsibility to get the car fixed is mine. I have been in your company over a decade and it is the first time I get in an accident and I felt secure with you but this is a slap on my face because I feel betrayed by the people who work in this company. I feel insecure due to the irresponsibility and the lack of professionalism from your adjusters and the people who work there. I do not feel any trust anymore and I won't send my car to a body shop before I get my check. I paid for full coverage to get my car covered when this thing happened. I did not receive any medical assistance and we had to go to a massage therapist to reduce the pain and pay for medicine for the back pain and headaches. I never got the medical attention I paid for it in the insurance.
I had an accident in which the vehicle was a total loss, I suffered a broken vertebra. Infinity denied me coverage based on a technicality that was NOT in my policy. The adjuster, Shana L., refused to disclose how she made the decision, and no appeals process was made available to me. Infinity did not even offer to have a second person look at my claim. I have to pay more than $30K (including car payments and medical costs) for my accident. It is absolutely shameful how they conduct business with such utter contempt for transparency or honesty.
I had some damage that I didnt know ins covered and they handled it fairly easily. I had pulled too far forward in a parking spot, and caused damage to my radiator mounts. I made the claim, I called a couple of times, but within two days the adjuster was out had given their report. A few hours later my car was being towed to the shop they suggested. Which turned out to be a great shop- I had a very positive experience with these people and I have never used this insurance before now
I just also want to say this company is extremely horrible. Please take some time to read their reviews before you purchase insurance. I filed a claim against my Comp and collision policy because I hit something in the road that was unavoidable. My repairs were almost $3000. The adjuster claims he found the parts and labor cheaper and they were only willing to cover about $490. I had my girlfriend go to several shops just to see if it is cheaper than the dealer and all estimates came out to be practically the same and many of the shops stated to keep it at the dealer because we would not do work that complicated. Please take some time to read the reviews before you buy this insurance.
It's a very bad company! I was paying a full coverage policy and one of my family members crush my car and they dont want to cover not even the towing just cuz the person that it was driving is not in the policy but they never told me that if someone that is not in the policy cush the car the policy was not gonna pay for my claim
This insurance company is unprofessional. I'm working at repair facility, and helping customer to claim at insurance. I helped customer to claim his accident, the adjuster is rude and she yelling all the time. The customer was very upset about it. We started to fix the customer's vehicle, they are really hard to contact. They always dealt with us in an unkind and unprofessional attitude. They want to check every jobs that we do. They approve the estimate and supplement, but they didn't pay or issue any payment until they are satisfied with the result of the repairs. So we bought all parts from our body shop first, and fixed it. The customer was very satisfied and wanted to pick up the car. We explained to customer, we are feel so sorry for the delay, but the infinity insurance didn't issue any payment, so customer should to wait until infinity insurance make payment. They told us to send the photos of repair, and the appraiser come out and check it. They asked for a invoices for every part that we bought. They made all sorts of excuses and refused to pay. Customer waited long time and still cannot pick up the car. Other insurance company always think customer's care first and tried to give a good dealer part or oem part to fix the customers vehicle. But infinity insurance gave all after market parts price to replace, and even that put the payments on hold. Appraiser told us he will come back, but he never show up. So we contact insurance company again and wait. They don't care at all about the customer waiting delayed time. Also our shop is not designated by the infinity insurance, so they charged more deductible to customer. No one explain to us and customer until we finish to fix the car, so customer really upset about that. They don't even give customers the basic freedom to choose the store that customers want to fix the vehicle. We've been doing body shops for over 30 years, but we've never seen such an unprofessional insurance company.
Infinity auto insures high-risk drivers who are too reckless to afford insurance from legitimate companies and really should not be on the road. They are able to make money only because they ignore claims when their drivers crash into other unsuspecting drivers. It was months before the adjuster even called me back after making my claim. They paid next to nothing and honestly, it would have been more efficient for me to just pay out of pocket than to waste the dozens of frustrating hours dealing with their lies, deception, and delays for their paltry payout that did not cover the damage. The company is essentially a sham and state regulators do nothing despite the numerous complaints against this company. They are a detriment to the communities in which they are allowed to operate! If you are struck by one of their drivers you are going to have to sue to get reasonable treatment, so get organized, keep excellent notes and mop the floors with this fraudulent "company." Also file your complaint with the state auto insurance commission. They are going to have to stop ignoring the problem at some point and take action. The entire reason liability insurance is legally required is to avoid cases where someone is struck by an at fault driver and ends up paying all of their own medical bills and for their car repair. This company is collected the premiums, but not providing protection to motorists.
MY son who is insured on my policy was in an accident with an Infinity customer on 07/22/2020. Their customer was at fault and my son is injured. We have heard absolutely nothing from Infinity at all and neither has our insurance company despite numerous attempts on both my part via voice mail to the adjuster and her supervisor and my insurance carrier has left messages and sent emails. Maybe an attorney would have better luck???? They suck.
Got in an accident on March and haven't received a call back since April. Haven't gotten my money and i've called several times now. I had the same issue the guy underneath me went through. They never communicate with the customers. 😑 worst insurance by far
At the beginning of May, i asked costumer service to set up autopay(its on my bank statement), and that payment was in fact made, but it never recurred. Is your autopay service the kind i got to callback every month to have it applied again?! No! it does not make sense does it?! So its August now, my last payment was in March (autopayed, its in my bank statement)...! Why was my automatic payment only applied once in March and never again since then?!

Estoy tratando de contactar con la ajustadora de mi caso hace mas de dos meses. Mi carro sufrio perdida total por una condicion natural, envie los documentos que me solicitaron, el GAP esta esperando por un comprobante de pago de su parte. Mientras les sigo pagando seguro, sigo pagando mi letra del carro. Entiendo la posicion de ustedes como negocio pero y la de nosotros?. Merecemos una llamada, una respuesta de nuestro seguro al que le confiabamos mes tras mes nuestros intereres...
I been a customer for almost a year now and I recently got into a car accident and they won’t cover me bcuz the day I got into the crash my policy had just canceled but I paid the very next day and they still won’t help me I. So stressed out I pay 250 every month full coverage I do not recommend infinity they suck
They charged me $900 for 2 months of auto insurance!!! And put it on my credit report....I was given false information at the start of the insurance....This company is corrupt...Don’t go with them. No decency, they are not transparent. I was willing to pay something on the coverage considering the circumstances but not $900. I haven’t gotten in any accidents at all!!! Avoid avoid AVOID
terrible experience, bad customer service. they are not clear on what to do; the adjuster never answers calls. I had an accident on July 2, 2020 and they resolved it on July 19, 2020; I had to assume the total cost of the garage $ 1600 and although I repeatedly reached the claims line, nobody knew how to tell me what to do. horrible experience.
If you like to be a very stupid person, sign up with them. I will not advise you more than this.
CS keeps saying they don’t want anyone to have these kinds of bad experiences, and yet we do. For those of you who are complaining about them not paying the claims when you are hit by Infinity members, please understand, they don’t pay their members either. My car was stolen. I have paid them 200 bucks a month for years (more than 1 car) still got no call, email, response to my calls for 11 days. The only reason They ever responded was I posted what a horrible company they are on FB. I am suing them. You all should
Worst insurance and very bad customer service
I had infinity since I was 18. Now that I'm 30 I was hit by a trailer been hauled in the opposite direction by another driver in a white truck. I t was a small street so I merged to the side to let teh truck & trailer pass by. Well the driver who seemsd a little drunk was driving in the middle of the small street instead of on his side and teh Trailer hit my Altima. It dented the fender and hood. I took pictures and had all the evidence showing it was the other drivers fault. Turns out he had infinity as well. I thought it was going to be a walk in the park since I've been with them for 12 years. Turn out they denied coverage. I was told this in these exact words. "yeah we don't cover the trailer only the truck. Since you were hit by the trailer we can't cover it. And let's not get stated on who's at fault here cuz that's not relevant" I just couldnt believe all, these years they took my money then denied me.
