was in an auto accident w/ full coverage, they promised an amount they never paid, I made several calls, sent emails and even spoke with the supervisors manager and they never paid the claim. They waited a yr and a half later until i gave up and removed totaled car from my policy they closed the claim and avoided my calls. my car caught fire last night they did not help either, was told i had to find a way to get my burned car off the street and they can help after. This gave me the worst anxiety attack. This company really makes me depressed. I pay on time every month for yrs and they cant even return a call or email. Now they changed the name because of all the bad reviews.shame on you
People who are driving on the road need to drop there policy with this company. Someone with a policy from this company hit my park vehicle. I filed a claim now all I get is voice-mail
*Edit: 12/02/2020 Customer service referred my case to the liability adjuster's supervisor. She was professional and surprisingly courteous. She told me she would personally review my case and call back the next day, she kept her word. By the way, it turns out the liability adjuster was on vacation, I guess I was supposed to put my life on hold. -- Predictably the positive experience was short-lived. This claim is straightforward yet Infinity continues to drag their feet. This situation is infuriating beyond measure. I am the only one suffering from consequences of a situation that was 100% the other party's fault. Its been 64 days since the collision, my vehicle is a total loss and was only 64 days old. By the time this claim closes it will be older than the vehicle was. Ridiculous. -- Infinity should be ashamed but obviously they don't know what that is. Considering my thorough documentation of Infinity's actions I will be taking the next steps. I will be filing a complaint to the Department of Insurance and have begun the process of filing two small claims lawsuits against their insured. -- If you're in the same situation I'm in I urge you to be more proactive against Infinity's misconduct and negligence. Don't make the same mistakes I made by being too patient and respectful, they have no respect for you. The hundreds of other reviewers and I have lived through it and have assured that. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with Infinity. My patience runs out today. They were provided with a collision report, witness statement, and images all supporting my side. The adjuster Infinity assigned to me spoke with my insurance adjuster and agreed they would be accepting 100% liability. It was a straightforward claim. Infinity wasn't happy with that conclusion so they reassigned my adjuster. The new adjuster made it clear right away, he would be biased in the whole situation, through his statements to me. He wasn't interested in considering my story nor was he interested in rhyme or reason. All he was interested in was being biased against me and believing his insured regardless of whatever conflicting statements she gave. They also provided me with a "valuation report" that literally had nothing but lies and fabricated information, I'm not exaggerating the least bit. They offered an actual cash value for my motorcycle which was undervalued by over 40%. They are trying to pressure me into accepting by sending the check and sending another company after me which deals with switching titles over to salvage. They also closed my total loss claim even though I specifically stated I was disputing the claim adjusters decisions. I'm spending 7 times as much on fuel because I now have to drive a suv instead of a motorcycle. The stress and anxiety these guys have caused is needless, fortunately I'm not easily discouraged from defending myself. If you're in a total loss situation with them tell them to send you the valuation report, they have to by law. Question every bit of information they provide you with and ask them to explain. They have to by law. Search up every. single. thing. that report lists, there WILL be made up information. If your claim involves any type of valuation or quote on their side DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, I assure you they are not being the least bit honest. Also take up as many free attorney consultations as you can. Some attorneys will give you very valuable information and you might even end up retaining one as your advisor or actual representative. You should also contact your state's department of insurance and ask them any questions you have. Open up a claim with them and they'll investigate the situation you're in. Look up your states insurance codes and any fair settlement practices regulations. All in all there is a reason why Infinity has a greater than expected amount of verified complaints with the NAIC. Just imagine all of those who don't report anything. Don't let them take advantage of you, don't let them tire you out, and don't let them manipulate or fool you. TL;DR Everything the one star reviews say is true, they're not exaggerations. Infinity is dishonest, biased, and only cares about their own money. If you're considering them as your insurance keep this in mind; they will expose you to lawsuits/ small claims suits just to save themselves money. Question EVERYTHING they tell you, research it. Don't give up!
Just read the review from the person below me and it is ACCURATE. My bf was driving my car & the infinity policy holder turned at a light when she wasn’t supposed to. A little girl driving her parents truck smh. She crashed into another truck and rammed into all the cars at the stop light (my car included). It was a 7 car collision. My car suffered the first or second most damage. It has now been 4 months, well over 100 days and I have received no money. The other drivers insurance verified she wasn’t at fault. The infinity policy holder is. For the first couple weeks, the person in charge of my claim would not answer her phone and her manager and his manager would not either. And no one would ever call me back. Then my claim was switched to someone new who never gets anywhere new with my claim. I call her and she has 0 updates and says to call back in a week or that she will call me! And she NEVER DOES!! Every time I call it’s another excuse. Her and her manager refuse to move forward with the claim. And her manager does not answer the phone. Don’t get this company, you’ll end up getting sued by whoever you hit because, they won’t cover anything. And if you get hit by someone who holds their policy, truly, good luck! They didn’t even come assess the damage to my immovable car! I had to repeatedly ask and finally they put my car in storage. I will be taking legal action.
Add me to the list of people who were rear ended by an Infinity/Kemper policy holder and is stuck in limbo. I was stopped at a red light and I was rear ended by one of their insured. Their policy holder apologized profusely for letting their foot slip off the brake. We waited an hour and a half for the police to show up and tell them they were at fault. The police report states the other driver is at fault. I called and filed a claim that day, they sent an inspector out the next day who told me I have $2300 worth of damage. NO COMMUNICATION after that. It's been THREE WEEKS and nothing. Yes, everything you read here on all these one star reviews is true. Their voice mail says they return calls the same business day, this is NOT true. All their voice mails have their supervisors name and number in them. The supervisor also does NOT answer the phone or return calls. Thank GOD my car is drivable, I can't image the poor people whos cars are totaled and can't get a human on the phone. Next stop is a BBB complaint, then a complaint to the Florida Insurance Commission. *Update* It has now been FIVE WEEKS and my vehicle is not repaired. Apparently posting online is the only way to get a call back from the person handling your claim.. they said they are still waiting on a statement from their at fault driver. Seriously? *Update* Its about to hit 7 weeks. I got a call on 12/1 from a supervisor who stated they were accepting liability and he would put a check in the mail that day. When I asked how the $2300 check would be mailed he said normal mail? No tracking? Its now the 10th and no check.. how is this company still in business?
The app is terrible every time you renew your policy you need to make another account instead of them just renewing the dates. The last 2 months when you try to make a new account and you enter your new policy and birth date it gives you a code 500 error no matter if you try in the app or their website. Someone please help me get my new account up and running so I'm not late again paying my bill.
Hadn't had to communicate with them, which is a good thing. Until I got a notice that the VIN for me vehicles in their records doesn't match what the dmv has. I read them the VIN directly from the DMV's docs. They match. They can't tell me what's the problem. Then they hang up/call drops. Wouldn't have been too much of an issue if I hadn't just waited for almost and hour on hold and in chat queue. Can't wait for the policy to be over so I can pick a different company with competent customer service.
I would have better luck calling fire down from heaven than getting someone on the phone, let alone to help me. This company insures the driver that hit me. Over 10 calls a day to sit on hold for an eternity, get a voicemail or recording that says they are closed. Mind you the recording plays at ALL hours of the business day. It’s time to file a complaint with the insurance commission. Unprofessional on all levels.
i was in an accident. i have no idea where i stand due to the fact i can't get anybody on the phone to help me out. i have called and had to hold for over an hour before i hang up. worst customer service i have ever experienced. i would not recommend Infinity Insurance to any body. i am so livid and don't know what to do to get my claim handled. Infinity SUCKS!!!
We have been with Infinity/Kemper for about a year or so now. My rates were decent to begin with but have gone up $120! We do not have any accidents or tickets on our records. The rep said it was due to a recent rate hike and nothing can be done. Extremely disappointed and am looking to change insurance ASAP.
Terrible company, bad service. I had an accident, although it was not their fault they did not demand another company to pay the amount for the repair of my car and even closing our case did not inform me about it. Only raise money, and do nothing. They don't care about their clients at all.
NIGHTMARE...I will not even give a 1. My daughter was hit end of August and here we are going on 2nd month and still have not received the pay out so we can purchased another car. I'm about to submit a complaint through the Insurance Commissioner.

This infinity insurance is the worst thing that has happened to me .. after 3 months of someone hitting me they never paid for the things that broke .. I call and call and nothing, I leave a voice message and nothing is an insurance garbage that for nothing I recommend !!!! 😡😡
This insurance is a scam, they won't answer the phone anymore, their adjuster tries to bully you, and you don't comply they stop answering. First on only time I talk to prince the adjuster and he was a mess saying he was going to get fired if I didn't release the car to them, what a joke for an employee but I guess that's their tactics. Lawsuit is coming up. Don't get this insurance.
Substandard service and coverage. They use junk parts for repairs. Impossible to cancel policy without being charged a ton of fees. Will not do a visual inspection for any claim and write the lowest possible estimate theu can. Using COVID to get out of doing real work like the rest of us. Worst insurance company I have ever had

I really think Trustpilot should give the option of negative stars because the employees at this company are not helpful! they took away the car rental, with 2 different excuses and nobody is picking up our calls or returning our emails, I have left several voicemails asking to get contacted by a manager... and nothing. I just started this insurance company in January this year, thinking I was making a smart move. If you are planning to change to this company, DONT! Jessica Martin, John Ory, and 3 others I called and nobody has called back, but they put in their notes that they have been calling us. Cus I spoke with one manager who couldn't help but saw the notes. No voicemails. Nothing!!!! we are without a rental and without information!
worst ever when filling a claim over 3 weeks ived filled a claim and i cant get a call back or email from my adjuster or his supervisor ive been paying out of pocket for a car rental and still i havent had any status on my claim i lost count of how many times i left messages to both adjuster and supervisor and nothing ive been paying infinity for over 20 years for my vehicles insurance

Nov 25,2020These guys suck. I moved to GA from FL but still have a home in FL. They billed me for my 6month renewal in september and they bumped up the premuim x 6, $2600. The way the noted the billing was misleading and deceitful. Basically i paid $760 for 1.5 months of insurance, spoke to manager and nothing they can do about it, even with the misleading notations on the premium garbage company. signed up with progressive for $350 for 6months lol
