Apr 24,2025I ended up spending more than I had originally intended by using Infinity Travels. Victor D'cruz treated me pretty good and was able to fulfill all that he promised when we spoke the first time. I was a little uncertain at first of Infinity getting me the extra leg room seating as my departure date was a couple days away before my seating was secured. But all was good and the layover times were short in duration compared to the tickets I had found originally. Thank you Victor.

Apr 23,2025Due to emergency , I had to cancel flights on March 15, 2025 with United Airline agent for both of us. We were issued two UA tickets with full credits to be used within one year. On March 16 2025, as I checked with Lufthansa to confirm if we can use the credit on airlines in the Star Alliance, I was directed to the Infinity Travels. The agent, Nicholai, assured me that we could use the credits on any Star Alliance airlines , but I need to pay cancellation fee of $2555 for two of us. I did pay in order to have the flexibility to use the credits on other airlines. Now as I try to book flights with credits, I was told that we can only use United! So I have been misled and paid $2555 for nothing different from the travel credits given to me by UAL for free!! I called several times to request a refund and was told that nothing can be done since I have agreed that Infinity Travels would cancel the flights for us. But the flights had been cancelled by myself one day earlier! When I requested to settle the issue with a supervisor, I was put on hold forever. It seems they just happy to take my $ and wish I could just accept the loss and go away! Anticipating this typical response from Infinity Travels, I wrote the above review after making the suggested call and tried to settle the dispute with the agent Nicholai. He even declined my offering of sending him the UAL tickets of travel credits showing that I have cancelled my flights one day earlier on March 15, 2025.

The Representative whom I talked with was very kind, friendly & professional. He performed the cancellation without charge as a one-time courtesy, because of my medical incident.
