Oct 19,2024I googled Turkish Airlines support number for refunds and this number 866-829-1267 came up. I called it and someone answered. They did not say they were Infinity Travel. I assumed they were Turkish Airlines. Then they claimed there was $150 processing fee that I need to approve by acknowledging an email from "infinity Travel" I became suspicious and confronted the guy on the phone. He promptly hungup. This is a big scam. They must have access to airlines though because he was able to lookup details of my reservation. But when he said the passenger name was me (which wasn't) I knew it was a scam

Oct 16,2024Infinity, travel and particularly Peter had helped me a rebooking with frontier Airlines. Unfortunately, there was a glitch and I called infinity while I was at the airport and a gentleman talk to me through my issue. Peter diligently contacted me for two days till I responded and we straightened out what the issue was and corrected it for my travel home.
