Oct 07,2024UPDATE: Infinity Travels is a scam. I got their phone number by searching Google for "Spirit Airlines phone number" and Infinity Travel's paid search result came up. The whole time I thought I was talking with Spirit's support, or a third party they'd hired to do support. Because Infinity Travels is a travel agent they are able to modify reservations and make you think they have Spirit's blessing. They lied to me and told me there would be a $75 fee for cancelling a flight within 24 hours, but it's a fee they were trying to scam me out of, it's not Spirit's fee. They did end up cancelling my tickets with no fee when I pushed back, but they are a scam operation and should be avoided. I only made this review because they pushed hard for me to post a review here, and I still thought I was talking to Spirit. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The support agent was very helpful and good-natured, but they were dealing with a frustrating system where I couldn't change the name of a passenger (there was an error with the website, it duplicated a passenger) without cancelling and rebooking the entire reservation for four people. That was not the agent's fault, they helped me to circumnavigate it.

Oct 03,2024SCAM thought we were calling American Airlines directly, and person who answered phone claimed they are the Help Desk for American and United. After an hour long, they offered my senior parents two economy tickets for $5800 from Edmonton to Maui, when the actual tickets cost $700USD non refundable and no changes, no luggage. Disputing with VISA as we speak.
