Oct 08,2024Wayne Richard did not explain why I had to pay an additional fee to reschedule my flight. I was affected by hurricane Milton on 10/9. The Orlando Airport was closed so I couldn’t fly. Dominic at a later conversation said I was charged a rescheduling fee because it showed my flight was still active! How could that be when the airport was closed. He said to call back to get a credit. Upon calling back when I was told to David the supervisor offered no help but only that I approved the change and there was nothing they would do. Such a SCAM! Do not use this company. They give you many different stories!

Originally, I had planned to take a train to Eugene, OR, but he suggested a flight and overcame my fears about getting through an airport with walker and luggage by implementing solutions. He also suggested I call him the day before departure so that he could pre-board me. Victor was the highest standard of customer service.
