Instant tax solutions helped us with the IRS. The IRS sent us a bill for over $10,000 and The Team at Instant Tax Solutions got it reduced to $1,300!! What a Huge relief that was!! Although the fee was more than I would like to pay this company was cheaper than others. Also, they allow you to pay in installments, select your pay day, and pay once or twice per month. It seem like everyone there was in tune and every department knows what the others are doing. Whenever I had a question I got an answer right away even when I would send emails late nights I received phone calls by 8:00 a.m. the next day and follow-up by an email response in case I missed the return call. They stayed on top up my issue.

My experience with Instant Tax Solutions was lifesaving. C. Hill was the primary person to walk me through a long process of dealing with the IRS and my taxes after a failed business adventure, job loss, divorce, and robbery of my retirement funds. I was in a tax mess! The IRS closed my bank accounts and C. Hill assisted in regaining control of accounts again and negotiated a fair payment plan that was not overwhelming to me. They also reviewed my taxes and assisted in corrections as I have little knowledge in that field. I Hired ITS to address three years of taxes in question that amounted to $120,000. Yes, $120,000, not a typo. First, I did an internet search and found positive and a few negative things said about the company. Yet, anyone out there has competitors or others that post just about anything. I checked and called the BBB and found a positive rating. I did have concerns trusting an "unknown" company to me to represent myself in such an important matter. Yet, I decided to go for it. ITS was gracious from the start by setting up a monthly payment plan that I could afford for their services. Through the process I always was able to talk to my assigned representative and communication was not lost in the year long negotiation. The net result was a settlement with the IRS for $20 DOLLARS. Yes, $20 bucks!! Life changing for me to be out from such a burden. I strongly recommend to anyone seeking the service of tax arbitration to go with ITS, one of the best decisions I ever made!

We tried other companies & could never figure out what was going on. With Instant tax solutions we were never in the dark. These people really knew exactly what they were doing and they worked it all out for us within six months.. Whereas the other companies kept pushing us around for over three years. I had a tax issue that was beyond my expectation. I thought I owed one amount, after talking to IRS directly, it was double. I searched for assistance, and found that ITS best suited my needs. ITS team is HONEST, direct (which means you may not get the answer you want), consistent and worth every penny I spent. I hope I don't have them use them again, because they did such a good job....but I would if I had to.

After finding out that I was being audited and fined by the IRS I was put in a, what seemed, hopeless situation. With threats of liens on my wages and freezing my savings account I started looking for help. Since I work and live abroad there is no way for me to visit an IRS office so I called. After over 5 hours of being put on hold and transferred to different agents absolutely nothing got done. I was scolded and accused but worse I was offered no help only mass doses of negativity. Eventually the liens were made and they seized thousands of dollars from my savings. I had written emails to tax lawyers looking for help but didn't receive an answer from any. I didn't know what to do. Then I came across an ad on the internet from Instant Tax Solutions ... I decided to give them a call expecting the same negativity. But as soon as I made contact I received the most positive response instead. After the assessment interview I was told how Instant Tax Solutions would work for me to resolve my tax problems. After I decided to let them handle my case, The next day I received notification that the liens ob my wages were stopped. I started getting calls from their tax lawyers and accountants and all assured that they can fix the problem I was experiencing. To make a long story short ... after a year and a half of waiting on the IRS to respond and correcting forms my tax problems were solved. Instant Tax Solutions made it all happen. My taxes are ALL fixed and the money that was seized, returned. My relationship with Instant Tax Solutions has not ended because I still use them to prepare my taxes.
