Dec 24,2015When we obtained services from instant tax solutions we hadn't filed taxes in many years and had a wage garnishment filed against us. I felt overwhelmed. When i contacted them they made the process easy and with little effort from me were able to file all my back taxes , get the garnishment released and after a 21,000 liability it was reduced to 2,100 dollars when all was said and done. Dec 04,2015I was out of town and far from home. I logged into my bank to transfer some money. All of my accounts read 0.00. I quickly called my bank to inquire. I was told that the IRS had taken all of it. I've felt so sick in my life. She gave me a phone number that was listed in the notes. I called. I was told that I would never get a dime of that back and that it was now theirs. He said that there was nothing I could do. Dec 04,2015When we first called, we were leery about trusting this company with all our personal information, but Jace Rutherford was very informative. He gave us information about the company and how they work. We did our own research of the company. They did excellent in communicating with us. We did have a small problem when the IRS said that they could not verify our income or the taxes I paid through my employer. I called Sam Trotter, who was our case manager and he asked me to send him copies of the letters that we got from the IRS. I emailed them to him and he took care of it, by re-sending the information along with the letter. Our case was done in just a few months and we were able to get some of our returns paid to us.

From the day I found out how much I owed the IRS, I was very worried and became very restless. Once I have spoken to Instant Tax Solution, they made me feel at ease.
