When they said they would work with me if I could not make a payment and it happened once, they let me put it off for a week. When the IRS levied my bank account when a proposal was in place, they got my money back. Instant Tax kept in touch with me on a regular basis and kept me abreast of my situation. Most important to me was the fact that the fee was reasonable and did not require me to give them a lot of money in the beginning. Aug 17,2016The day that I contacted Instant Tax Solutions was the culmination of many years of tax issues that needed addressing, and I was terrified to just make the call; my personal embarrassment, the costs, the overwhelming nature of trying to get a handle on the problem. And they could not have been more helpful. They were upfront about everything, the good and bad, and the cost for their all-inclusive services was dramatically lower than I had anticipated. While the process was not easy on my end (I had the paperwork and numbers, it was up to me to organize it), they talked me through every step and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. It is a process, we worked intensely for several weeks and then it was in the hands of the IRS, where (as I was warned) it was reviewed over the span of nearly a year. The final result: The acceptance of a settlement that was so low that it justified every penny (and more) of Instant Tax Solutions' fee. When I received the phone call, I was eating dinner in a restaurant, and I had to box my dinner and leave, because I was too emotional to swallow. That call, this resolution, was the greatest possible news. I am thankful to ITS for all of their work and I highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with unresolved tax issues.
