Aug 21,2013Did not know how bad things were until the IRS garnished my wages. Not a little, almost all. Did a lot of background checking on them and their competitors, they seemed to be the best of the lot. First thing they told me was that there was no way to get out of this without paying the IRS something. They said that any ads you see where someone had their tax bill reduced to zero were ones where their returns were not prepared correctly or the IRS had waited too long (dosen't happen often) 1 in 10,000 or so. Within a day of them receiving their payment the garnishment was stopped. and then they went to work on getting things set straight with the IRS. After getting most of the fines and penalties dropped they negotiated a payment plan. A bit painful but workable, a few months later my salary dropped by 20% and they went to work for me again to negotiate a much more reasonable amount that I have been paying for the last couple of years. A week ago the IRS released one of its liens and in a couple years I will be free and clear. A couple of people have told me that I could have done this myself and I believe that they are right. I could have done this myself IF I knew the right people to contact at the IRS (try calling there sometime) and I had about three 8 hour days devoted to being on hold to find out that I had contacted the wrong group. and I knew the right forms to stop the Garnishment (my boss was amazed that they could do it so quickly and get the amount reduced) Oh and IF I knew all of the statutes of limitations and rules for reducing or eliminating the fines and fees. . Bottom line Instant Tax Solutions saved me at least $10 for every $1.00 I paid them. i would not have followed through on all the red tape required and would have lost everything without their help. I would recommend them to anyone and if I get stupid again in the future I would use them again.

Aug 15,2013I called Instant Tax Solutions because I needed to file 4 years of taxes and the IRS was garnishing my wages. I was very scared and needed my full paycheck. I talked to John who was able to break up my payments into low monthly payments. After I was a client they had the wage garnishment removed the next day! No joke, the next day! After that Melissa handled my 4 years of taxes and was so easy to talk to which made the process easy. I was not sure how much I would owe and it ended up being about $32,000. After my taxes were finished my case worker Mark filed an Offer in Compromise for me. He communicated with me through the whole 8 month process and when we finally heard back from the IRS I ended up saving over $20,000. The rest of what I owed was put into a payment arrangement with the IRS. I could not be more happy with the whole process from beginning to end. I called Instant Tax and they went right to work even before they recieved my first payment to them to stop the garnishment on my check and soon had everything worked out for me and got me in right standing with the IRS in a short time . Aug 22,2013I can't begin to describe how happy and satisified I am with ITS. 1st I had a wage levy and they took care of that in just days. 2nd they got all my unfiled taxes completed and sent in. I was put into a monthly payment to pay the IRS back that was very managable for me each month. Last ITS was able to get the IRS to remove some of the penalties for me. My ITS team treated me like a person and related to some of the problems that I had faced. I will recommed ITS to ANY person I meet that has a tax problem.
