Aug 02,2013I was notified, became mortified and then called tax help companies. After all the hype and ridiculous prices, I called Instant Tax Solutions back. I have never made a better choice. They undid all the life stopping changes the IRS had done to me. They represented me fully and I did not have to really do anything other than provide ordinary documentation for them to represent me completely. In the end, the only requirement was for me to send monthly payments (which were in my budget) to the IRS. The relief was actually LIFE CHANGING. Aug 02,2013My experience started out fine. They let me break my payments to them up in sych a way that I could do it. As soon as our year was up and we set up. A payment plan with the IRS, I got a letter from the IRS informing me of a twelve thousand dollar penalty for being late. In the end they are costing me a huge amount of money and stress.

From beginning to end, the professionalism and the staffs knowledge and abilities were more than my wife and I ever expected. Within a day Instant Tax Solutions had the wage garnishment removed and continued to do exactly what they told me they would. Jul 26,2013Hired them to get me a settlement. I got laid of from work and went into uncollectables. They then sent me a letter saying they had done what they could. When they did bring me a payment plan it was for everything I owed at over 700 a month payment. I make 18 dollars an hour and have over 2000 in bills. They told me I had to sign it. I told them no and they continued to push it on me. I finally had to get a letter from my employer stating I was going to be laid off soon. They still said I should sign it. Once I'm laid off (not even a month later) they send me a letter saying theyve done all they can. For 5000.00 I should have been treated better. After I wrote this they contacted me and they have been doing everything they can to rectify my tax problems. Its been over 3 year's and there still working hard on it. With no extra fees or charges.

Jul 25,2013I really appreciate the service they give you. They keep you informed during the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their IRS problems. The only thing they fell short on is. When I first spoke to someone about my issues I told them I also needed help with State Tax problems the gentleman told me they don't do State Taxes but, would assist me, verbally and direct me in to how to file. Well when all was said and done the next gentleman who worked in resolving my IRS problem flatly stated they're is nothing he can say or do to help. On that note I felt mislead but I'm still grateful for IRS resolution.

Jul 25,2013Instant Tax Solutions is actually underselling themselves in their advertising, their testimonials, and their communications. These guys are not only AMAZING at skilled negotiations with the IRS, but they are quick, responsive to any and all questions, and patient beyond belief. I was one of those "buried in IRS debt" people that waited over 5 years, through garnishments, attachments, etc. I always figured that whatever they took out of my paychecks or bank accounts would ultimately go towards my negotiated debt when I got around to hiring someone, but I was wrong. It was just wasted $$$ because ultimately the money I had paid in through these collection tactics didn't mean squat. DON'T WAIT, and don't shop around any more! These guys are the most reasonably priced, honest, amazing people you could possibly hire to resolve your tax issues. BTW, I was able to get my $50k+ tax liability negotiated down to $1k! Yes it's true, and no they didn't pay me to say any of this. This is just how these guys operate and I no longer have an IRS debt hanging over my life!!!!

Jul 25,2013I told all of my friends that the IRS said I owed more than $78,000.00 in taxes. I had not filed a return since 1999 and the IRS placed me on an installment agreement in the amount of $1,110 which really put a strain on me and I would not been able to pay that for a long period of time. Instant Tax Solutions ("ITS") filed all my past due returns, got the amount I owed substantially reduced and all I pay is $25.00 a month instead of the $1,110.00 that the IRS wanted me to pay. I brag to everyone about ITS - family, co-workers and friends. I would recommend ITS to anyone who has a tax problem. Most important, ITS worked with me. I believe they charged me $4,800.00 to represent me and I paid $1,200.00 down and ITS wanted the remainder in installments of $1,200.00 per month. I explained to them I could only afford to pay $600.00 a month and they allowed me to pay $600.00 per month instead of $1,200.00 per month until paid in full. This was a tremendous help to me. I had several years of unfiled returns as well as a large sum of back taxes owed. I was receiving letters from the IRS and I constantly worried about how to get out of this mess I had gotten into.
