Dec 09,2019Everyone I dealt with at ITS was very professional in every way and courteous. I was not real happy however with the final results of getting my IRS problem resolved or at least the balance reduced. Basically, I paid the fee and was told that the whole balance was due to the IRS and they could help with the arrangement of payments to them. This could have been done by my own tax accountant when my return was filed at no extra charge. ITS did help in submitting the proper forms to the IRS and trying to at least get penalties reduced. Christine was very professional and thorough in helping with the process. I was just hoping for a better result and an elimination or reduction of what we owe the Government.

Oct 24,2019Life-changing! The best decision I made was to hire Instant Tax Solutions! Reduced my liability by over $75,000! Don't even consider trying to resolve a tax situation on your own! Due to divorce, actions of my ex-wife and unfair audit I wound up with a huge tax liability. The IRS agent was abusive and took advantage of me not having representation. I complained and the agent was removed from my case. Somehow my case file was "lost". I tried to appeal and got nowhere. I even requested to go to court and was stonewalled. Penalties and interest compounded the debt. After months of hassle, I decided I needed professional help to try to settle this fairly. I searched the web for IRS Tax Relief firms and vetted the reviews. I contacted the top 3 companies. I choose Instant Tax Solutions (ITS). They gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. From the time I hired them I no longer had to worry or deal with the IRS. Don't think you can just file out an OIC form on your own and get results. I had to do my part in getting accurate numbers for ITS. They had valuable advice and insights that saved me thousands of dollars over what I would have done on my own!
