When I contacted instant tax solutions I was completely stressed out not knowing what to do about the amount of tax I owed the irs. I must admit that it took some time for my excellent representative Christine to convince me that there was indeed hope for me. In the end she secured an offer that was much less then the amount that I originally owed and within my ability to pay. I cannot express the relief that I felt when I received the letter. I had several years of back taxes from both Federal and State that needed to be filled and I had a wage garnishment and a levy that had taken place. I don't want to share the details of my case but trust me, this was a tough, tough case that had been ongoing since 2009. As soon as I was contacted by the IRS I researched the internet and felt like Instant Tax Solutions was my best bet. I contacted them and was greeted by Glen Barber. He was very understanding and very confident that they could help me. As for the cost, I was amazed they'd take my case for that charge. As soon as I signed the paperwork I was assigned a local representative. Her name is Christine "Angel" Hill. She worked tirelessly on my case and reeled me in when need be in an emotional situation. Please know that Christine Hill had to deal with a very aggressive IRS Revenue Manager and more than held her own. Instant Tax Solutions has now been on my case for seven months. They have helped me find closure and worked with me when I was unable to make timely payments thanks to Stacy Leslie. As anyone who receives collection letters from IRS or have had your bank account levied knows, it can be very stressful and feel like there is know way out. Dealing with IRS yourself is stressful, intimidating, time consuming and you never feel like you get anywhere. The best thing you can do is turn the whole situation over to Mr. Murray at Instant Tax Solutions and be patient. Every case is different but most are resolved in 6 months to a year (14 months for me). It sounds like a long time, and it is, but thats the timeframe on which the IRS operates, slow and steady. Instant Tax was very straightforward on what they thought they can do for me and how to do it. Stay available and organized so you can get them the information necessary to negotiate your case as efficiently as possible. They will handle all the negotiations and phone calls for you, and best of all, the collection notices and daily phones calls from the IRS will stop! They are easily available to answer any questions (which i had a lot) you have throughout the whole process. I was amazed at what they did for me. n 2008 i started an online buisiness..By 2010 I made a mess of categorizing my expenses assiciated with my business. I did not know when a filed tax year falls behind, the IRS will not allow a tax year filed until the first missing year is resolved. By 2013 IRS was getting serious and i had no where to go. I called Instant Tax Solutions who worked out of Indiana. I live in NJ and my assigned tax specialist Richard Hague was patient, helpful and reassuring. In the fall of 2013 a solution was concluded and $6,600 was removed and a payment arrangement was set. Yes there was a light at the end of the tonnel.
