Jul 18,2019Almost a year ago, I was told by my HR department that 75% of my take home pay was being garnished for back taxes for multiple years by the IRS. The amount of take home pay that I was left with was barely enough to get to/from work for basically a 2-week time frame. I was at my wits end - didn't know who to call or what to do. My hands were tied. I googled debt relief and Instant Tax Solutions (ITS) came up and they had a very good rating from the Better Business Bureau. I took a chance and contacted them. That was the best move that I could have made. The team that worked with me were fantastic. They were very responsive and got me answers, but most importantly RESULTS. They were able to get me on a reasonable installment agreement payment plan . I would strongly recommend ITS if you ever get caught in a situation with the IRS. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful team that worked with me and got me satisfactory results. Don't get me wrong. There will paperwork to fill out and confidential information that you will have to provide them with, but the end results will be in your best interests. Start by calling them or sending an email. When I finally got to a point where I could raise my head above the challenges, I found myself with years of unfiled returns and, ultimately, almost $170,000 owed to the IRS. Jun 07,2019I first like to start by saying Instant tax solutions is a wonderful company with excellent staff. They explained every thing from the first call you do not feel rushed. First spoke with Glen who went over a lot of detail,and when you really don't understand taxes this can be frightening. The reason why Instant tax solutions was chosen was due to the fact the time was taken over the phone to explain the steps. You need to feel comfortable with your tax accounted. Mark is wonderful caring and always will get back to you. Mark's assistant Shane Marie is a sweetheart,she goes above to help in any way possible. I would recommend instant tax solutions to any body who is not sure which tax firm to choose. You will be always updated with everything. This is a company that really is there for you and cares.
