Sep 26,2014After looking at the website, I decided to call with a question. The lady who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and then completed the application for me. I was happy to not have to go back to the website. We were fortunate and had no mishaps during our vacation, so had no experience with a claim. But, I would use them again if needed.

Sep 23,2014The website is attractive and very easy to use. I have used Insureandgo before, but, have yet to make a claim. I like this relatively inexpensive way to insure that if I am unable to travel that I will not loose my travel fees.

Sep 17,2014The price of our travel insurance from InsureandGo (Platinum) was less than similar plans from other suppliers, including Travel Guard, Allianz and others. And the InsureandGo offered higher benefits and some benefits not offered by the competition.

Sep 17,2014I looked at multiple sites and InsureandGo USA had the best value for the price paid. One thing to compare with travel insurance is the medical expenses section. Most cover as secondary whereas my policy here was primary coverage. Very pleased with this company so far and I would use them again.

AS I HAVE NOT YET EXPERIENCED THE PROVISIONS OF THE INSURANCE ITSELF - AND WILL NOT UNTIL I MAKE MY JOURNEY IN OCTOBER, I CANNOT COMMENT ON THE EFFICACY OF THE POLICY OR THE COMPANY.

Aug 27,2014For what is offered it was the best price, I don't know how good the Company is, if they keep their word, or what. I wanted travel insurance because the last time I made this trip to my birthstate my Mom died while I was there. I had a policy, they covered the return flight back home as I did not make the scheduled departure flight. Missed a connecting flight do to fog at home, again, it was taken care of.
