I found the same or like coverage at a lower cost when I compared other travel insurance sites with INSUREANDGO. The rates were much better than those offered by some of the cruise lines.

I knew acquiring travel insurance was something I had to do, but I procrastinated because I did not know how long a process it would be online or by phone. Since I am a novice traveler, I decided I needed a human voice to guide me through. Much to my gratitude and surprise, the young lady, who helped me, Raice, was awesome. It was so easy. I hope I do not have to use the insurance, but the peace of mind it has given me by getting it, is worth it. And, by the way, it was not as expensive as some others I had researched.

I found it very easy to sign up for travel insurance on your website. Hopefully, I do not have to use it, but it will give me peace of mind. The real test would be if I need to use it, what kind of service will I receive.

With guidance from a seasoned world traveler I selected InsureandGo USA to purchase my travel insurance. However, I have not taken my trip yet and as they say, the proof is in the pudding so I'll have a better idea of their services AFTER I return home.

I made a change to my policy and spoke to Mirna, who was exceptionally professional, friendly and kind. Hopefully I won't need to use the insurance, but I'm glad I have it and my experience was pleasant.

Travel insurance seems to be the same from many insurance companies. I bought the insurance based upon the price and past experience. Hope I never have to collect on a claim.

We just bought travel insurance and found great customer service, beginning at the website, got a quick clear reply to our questions by email and great follow-through with complete explanations and obvious striving for accuracy phone when we accepted the quote. Courtesy, clarity, and simple but complete. And treated me like a real person. Hopefully, we will have no claim, but I have confidence so far.

The web site was clear and easy to use. The quote came right up. I had a question and called the toll # and was helped by Ms. Rice. (not sure). she answered all questions and helped get to another computer to print. Very nice.
