I had certain requirements so I called the toll-free number and talked to Rice. NO WAITING! PUT ON HOLD FOR JUST A FEW SECONDS! I told her exactly what I needed and got results right away. The whole process took about 10 minutes and I had the insurance policy in my "hands". Shopped at a few websites, but this one was the easiest, fastest, and most pleasant.

The customer service rep, Mintsi, was awesome. She was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had never purchased travel insurance before but I am so thankful we did. Our flights were cancelled for our vacation, and we ended up driving to Colorado instead. The insurance covered the home rental for one night as well as some of the rental van we had to rent. I will definitely purchase this insurance again!

I wish all purchases on the internet could be as efficient as I experienced on our purchase of travel insurance for our upcoming 50th Anniversary Cruise down the Romantic Danube. We now can enjoy the anticipation of this summer cruise without worry about all the little problems and what ifs that go with international travel. Thank you InsureAndGo! Especially, Miz Rice who handled our enrollment very professionally and with a sunny upbeat attitude!

This was a painless experience. We have had this insurance on two previous trips and it has always been easy to buy and priced right. The main thing we look for is Medical Transport and pre-existing Condition Waiver. If you'll by this insurance early, pre-existing conditions are covered.

All was great! We had booked our dream vacation to Ireland and also bought our trip insurance through Insure & Go. Then the bottom fell out...2 couples, both men lost their jobs within 2 weeks of each other, only 8 weeks till trip time! Mintsi was very courteous and helpful in getting us the information we needed and explaining what we would have to do/who to contact for refunds. Thanks so much for helping us through an exceptionally rough time!

I saw your company come up when I Googled cruise insurance and set up a quote. Then I saw the phone number and called to find out why your price was so much lower than the quote from my travel agent and found out it was the commission thing. Then the young lady I was talking to went through the same quote and I purchased. SIMPLE.

The phones were answered quickly and being a travel agent this is important. Rice was very good and knew her information and was very informative! I hope I don't have to use the insurance but if I do I hope it is as good as it sounds.

Agent very helpful in explaining the coverage's included in the plan I selected. My telephone wait time was very short. The price for the plan was lower than other plans that I reviewed.
