Jan 05,2014i got a confirmation on your site with all the details listed incorrectly…then i got another with the correct amount deducted from my credit card…don't know for sure what i have, if dates and trip costs are correct…i sure hope so and if not i hope we can correct this on monday…what a problem that you aren't available by phone until then…another stressful weekend with this to worry about...

Jan 03,2014As I age I find it is wise to buy travel insurance to cover the large expenses incurred with packaged travel. I want the peace of mind. This company popped up on my first internet search and I asked for a quote. I then got quotes from like 10 other companies and also the travel company I booked my trip through. Hands down, this one met our needs and was the lowest priced on the market, yet still offered the complete coverage we needed to feel safe and protected during our trip. I have bookmarked this company for all my upcoming travel needs.

Dec 17,2013I thought I was buying my travel insurance from another company but when I was trying to get the policy details on line found out that I bought my insurance from Insure & Go. I then checked the blogs of previous clients & decided to go ahead & keep this insurance since the price is very reasonable for the coverage. Of course, the ultimate test will be how they will handle my claims which I hope I don't have to make. Raicilynn was very helpful & thorough in her explanations

Nov 22,2013I didn't have a clue about travel insurance when I started 2 days ago. I used Google to find a number of companies. I did both online and phone calls. The InsureAndGo web site was easy to use and the toll-free number right in plain sight. I called and had lots of questions. That first gal was patient and helpful. I had some more research to do before buying. I did my research, which did affect the travel insurance policy and called back the 2nd day. That gal too was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I bought the policy.

Nov 17,2013There are some technical bugs in the program. And the error messages are not particularly helpful. The system apparently allows a non-traveler to pay for the policy, but in reality it stops you from doing that. In our case a parent is trying to pay for a child - a perfectly legitimate and reasonable scenario

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone planning to purchase travel insurance. The rates were very competitive and the four children were free because we booked 6 adults.
