Feb 25,2014POLICY STATES THAT I DO NOT HAVE A PRE EXISTING CONDITION WHICH IS INCORRECT. PLEASE CANCEL POLICY IMMEDIATLY . REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY POLITE. INSURANCE POLICY IS INCORRECT AND USELESS IN MY CASE BECAUSE THE REPRESENTATIVE OMITTED A KEY QUESTION.

Feb 22,2014Used this insurance site a few years ago when planning an Italy trip, and again now while planning for a France river cruise. So simple to do, fast and they have the best pricing I've found. Both times, I've known the insurance carrier's name and it is a trusted company. That gives me confidence that all would be well if we ever would have to make a claim.

Mar 10,2014Had no problems whatsoever with this site las tyear, so I am using them again. Very easy to see the rates and conditions; I consider this a very accessible and user-friendly website and will use them again. Rates seem fair to me. I have not had to claim and hope not to have to in future! But I feel secure with this company.
