Oct 15,2013I called initially to obtain an travel insurance quote and the insurance agent was very clear, quick and detailed in providing me with all of the information I needed and forwarded me a copy of the Insurance Policy that I could read and review, prior to purchase of the insurance. She then called my home to make sure that I had no further questions and followed up our initial conversation with an e-mail. I then called back to revise my travel insurance amount and she was quick to provide me with the premium and explained all of the details of the Policy to me. I went ahead and purchased travel insurance for me and my husband.

Oct 10,2013I found this company on the Cruise Critic site. The service was perfect. The phones answered promptly. The service from Mirna was fabulous. My requirement was complicated, 12 days in China prior to the cruise and 10 days in Thailand following the cruise, including the cruise itself. I did a lot of shopping and no company could accommodate me as well and as reasonably as InsureandGo. If a would be claim is treated as well as the registration, do not look any further!. This is the best.!!!

Oct 08,2013I made a mistake on line and had not purchased travel interruption and cancellation insurance and instead had only opted for medical. When they saw that they called me and wanted to confirm that was all the coverage I wanted. Tina was excellent. She sent me a new quote and then followed up next day to get the birth dates of everyone on the policy. Within minutes I had the new policy and they made the coverage retroactive to the original purchase date. Super service and very friendly.

Oct 06,2013I have been buying travel insurance for years and have never made a claim. This "Top" company declined to pay a $125.00 urgent care claim because I came home one day early. And, to get to speak to an agent was an ordeal. I had altered the policy by the date change and so it was void. It was scary to realize that if I'd had a serious problem, I wouldn't have been covered. This company seems like a breath of fresh air. I get through to an agent (in the US), they are pleasant, knowledgeable and make you feel confident in your product.
