Jan 05,2021Have been trying to contact Insure your paws now for days. The phone just continues to ring with a voice telling me they are very busy. Today I decided to wait it out and after 15 minutes, the phone was answered and then the operator appears to have cut me off! Not a happy customer. If you insist on customers having to ring in to make a claim, have more staff taking calls. Grrrr! Update: Emailed the company and stated that I was unhappy at not being able to get in contact via telephone as requested to and received a call back within 24 hours. Apologised for me not being able to get in contact and they have now began the process of the claim. A much happier customer now!

Jan 05,2021Policy up for renewal at the end of December,contacted customer services to update my address.I was assured that the new address would be on the new policy,guess what??...it wasnt, so,I contacted customer services and was informed that because the postcode was different from the previous policy (5 miles away)another £200 premium was payable on top of the £287 I was already going to pay. I cancelled the policy and found a better policy for £247. Be very careful if you are thinking of using Insure your paws.
