Have just renewed with IYP again - despite checking comparison sites they still provided the best quote, not only that but unlike other insurance companies the renewal quote they provide is their best and final offer so you know exactly where you stand - keep it up IYP

Very poor claims service. I’ve been a customer for around 5 years, the first time I want to make a claim and there’s only one way which is by phone, after sitting in. The queue for 15 minutes the line cuts off which I’ve tried several times now. There’s no alternative way to claim. This just isn’t good enough

The service and assistance were excellent. The only problem is (with all the insurance companies it seems) is that the breed is not on the list (Podenco) which causes real problems. This is not the fault of the company.

The whole process was very simple to use from start to finish I wanted to get the insurance sorted for my dog to rake the worry out if walks and play time which is when he's most vulnerable to other things apart from home where he is safe ty for putting my mind at ease

Simple enough to sort online. I had to ring because I wanted to set up a direct payment from my bank which they won't do, you have to make a card payment. I thought this strange and thought it could be a problem when the card expires if a payment was missed and you find yourself not insured. I think they should reconsider this policy.
