No complaints , had to claim when my dog was attacked by a staffie not on a lead, ended up having a back leg amputated, 1300 pounds vets bill, settled no fuss, even found vet had overcharged us , would recommend, but my premiums have risen approx 30% a year since , now costs me more to insure my dog than what it does to insure my car, but still worth it.

After sending in the details for a LEGITIMATE claim for a tumour operation for one of my two labradors this Thursday (06/08/20), you’ve not bothered calling me to deal with the claim despite me receiving numerous assurances that your claims team would call me by the end of today, 04/08/20. Your customer service is appalling!

They have tried to claim that but me moving 2 miles my premium will be going up, saying this is due to vets are more expensive in that area, despite me staying with the same vets and vets are actually cheaper where I have moved. Very Poor.

Found through Go Compare website as renewal came through from previous company and they had increased the premiums a lot. This ticked all the boxes at a more reasonable price.

We took out pet insurance for our new boy a couple of weeks ago (16 days to be precise) and other than an invite to leave a review, we still haven’t received any confirmation or documentation to say we are covered, but yet the money has been taken. Should have stayed with the pet insurers who we used for years (Pet Plan)but went on the comparison site and thought we would give Insure Your Paws a chance.
