Total service provided on line, no human interface, but price reflects this automation, and appears to provide a very comprehensive insurance for your pet. I was very pleased with the outcome.
Quite the premium increase considering my dogs treatment is now resolved and doesn't have that much added risk now. I tormented elwith cancelling the policy, but will give it an extra year to see how it goes from now. Claiming last time did not go smoothly and you didnt ask it I was satisfied with the resolve of the complaint. Just wrote a letter saying sorry. Seems blazen. I work in the industry and think it was very poor.

Very pleased with Insure Your Paws insurance this past year. We unfotunately had to make a claim and it was handled very well. Our premium did go up but that was to be expected and the increase was not prohibitive.
This is my second year with you and very disappointed that it has gone up £3 a month when I haven't made a claim. Why does this happen 🙉

I have renewed my dog’s insurance this year. Whether I will next year is under review. The main issues I have are 1) the increase in premium although I only had one small claim and 2) it seems to take an abnormally long time to get a repayment even though the claim has been approved.
We have used insure your paws for a few years now and have had to claim twice, no hassle at all, very straightforward and fast. Also able to speak to a person if needed. Will keep using them

This was a renewal of a policy I started a year ago and should have been straightforward except for the fact that I now had a new Debit card. The card number was the same as before but the three digit security number had changed. Unfortunately I was not permitted to renew online because of this minor change and, instead, had to spend some considerable time on the phone repeating all of the information which was already on file from last year. Luckily the lady I dealt with on the phone was pleasant and amicable but I have to ask why this company does not do business by direct debit rather than insisting on debit or credit card usage. This would have expedited the renewal which could have been completed online.
