Jul 17,2020The starting annual price was OK but after that they shot up each year. I will be cancelling and putting a pot of money aside each month instead. I also found them disorganised to deal with when I tried to insure my second dog.

Jul 14,2020I wanted to give 3.5 stars. Our experience with the lifetime cover has been great, the vet was able to claim things from them directly and they are responsive and quick to pay. However, this year the price for our ginger boy with a history or UTIs went up from 21 to 63£ per month. I think it is extreme considering he was only hospitalised once and for a different issue. However because this is lifetime you don’t really have a choice as no other insurance will cover preexisting conditions. If it goes up like this again next year we’ll have to cancel and set up our own emergency fund.

Jun 30,2020I was disappointed that the price had gone up by approximately 25% but when I searched other insurance providers to get the same sort of cover was either not available or in some cases more expensive so I have to say I'm satisfied with the the cover and accept the price I have to pay for it. I would just like to add to this review and thank you for the explanation for the price increases which I already had the idea that was the reason along with the breed and their well known weaknesses which is why I am happy with your cover.

I’m thrilled I chose this insurer as I’ve heard of others having to jump through hoops to claim. Easy claims process, kind staff. They even asked how she was doing when I called - the first thing they did was enquire as to how she was and said to give her lots of hugs before getting to the admin bit. They just really care! So pleased with this company,
