It was so easy to do on line and I got exactly the cover I wanted
Easy to use platform, I love being able to update payment details and add pets without having to call up
Wanting to increase premium mid policy due to a change of address, from £42.77 to £69 lol. Like, I get it, maybe an admin fee for a month or something, but an address change a few minutes away from previous address. Once a great company, and why I went with them in the first place due to customer reviews, and now after leaving a review in 2019 my experience has changed entirely, and it isn't a case of throwing my toys out of the pram you can see the consistent decline over the years. I am glad I work for a company where I move heaven and earth for my customers, and don't act like a robot in my job. Several of the staff were polite but there was one woman who acted like she was working for the queen, give it a rest pal you work for an insurance company like the rest of us working-class people, stop acting like you're solving world hunger.

I have only just set up this insurance so not had to use yet but the customer service was great. I wanted to pay annually rather than monthly so contacted them via the online chat. Person was very helpful & set up a link for me to pay in full as requested in no time at all. So pleased with customer service.
Very easy to set up
I had a good, swift set up service from InsureYourPaws and look forward to receiving the Amazon voucher from Fluffy, where I found them. I cannot tell you about the actual working service of the insurance as it is too soon to tell, for example, how quickly or well they settle any vet bills I may incur in the future.
Not had to use them yet. Previously had a different pet insured with another insurance very long winded to claim. Took a policy with these both for the price and level of cover. Hope it easy to claim if needed. Will update review when and if I have to make a claim.

I’ve only just got insurance for my new dog and i hope I don’t have to use it it was easy to sign up to I think it hard to give a start rating at this time but if i ever have to make a claim I’d feel I would be in a position to leave a review but if my dog needs the vet in the distant future I’ll let you how you did.

Trying to get hold of someone to actually speak too before my dog has an operation to check my policy and no one calls back or answers. The claims telephone number is not even recognised. IYPU0011AJ/202218/1
