Nov 14,2024Had a problem with my prescription. Medicine has been discontinued (name changed) so I had to get a new prescription. Jemma and Cheryl (apologies if spelling is wrong) got my replacement prescription sent over the same day! You’re both Amazing thank you!

Nov 04,2024From stat to finish the process was easy as is any follow up appointments Dr. Sunny Nayee & Nurse James were very helpful and supportive and I think it is brilliant having this service. Office staff on phones and emails also very friendly and helpful, definitely not what you get from your GP who cant even be bothered to give you an apointment.

Oct 23,2024A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Singh. I have been bouncing around various NHS mental health services for years with severe depression - which I now believe to be ADHD... (the NHS is full of wonderful people but so underfunded after the last 14 years) Dr. Singh took great care to listen, and I felt heard and taken seriously. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the complexities of mental health and neurodiversity and I have every faith in his amazing expertise, combined with his appreciation of my lived experience. He prescribed me a selection of flower which took a while to have an impact but he stuck with me through it all. Six months after my first prescription, I have reduced my antidepressants to a quarter of the dose I have been on for so long. My life has been changed forever, I am more focused, less overwhelmed, more in control of my thoughts and I'm on the path to a calm and happy life. If you qualify to see Dr. Singh via Inegro - and are able to find the funds - then I would strongly encourage you to do so. I have rediscovered joy, and could not have done this without Dr. Singh and his wonderful team at my side. Thank you to Nurse Marco and Nurse James too.
