I have been left holding on the phone over 3 calls for 6 hrs, then to be told the clinic was closed, on this experience, I called I requested a prescription, it was paid, Thursday and at 9.30am on a Friday morning I called the pharmacy to request a Saturday delivery, they said they didn't do that anymore, they assured me that the prescription had no issues and my prescription would definately reach me by Saturday, I then received a call from the pharmacy on Friday evening at 5.30pm to say that they could not fill the prescription because they had run out of the medication I need and that I obviously the would not receive it, this all happened half an hour after the clinic was shut, I am angry and disappointed because this is not an inexpensive treatment if this Clinic want to be taken seriously they will treat medication and their patients with respect. Won't be using them again
Since joining Integro from Lyphe, my cannabis journey gets better and better. After having to unexpectedly move home and deal with a family bereavement, I've had nothing but support from the whole team, specially nurse James. I used to wait 2-3 weeks for a prescription to be processed. These mad men at integro are smashing the doors off with their swift prescription processing being days, not weeks. Anyone thinking of switching to Integro, make that move. Take back control of Ur pain management šŖā¤ļø

I have Elhers Danlos syndrome. Iām often awake with pain and came to the clinic for pain relief. Iāve been with medical cannabis before and dr sunny nayee was my doctor at a different clinic. I was given a free 15 minute introduction at intergro and he happened to be assigned to mycase. He spent just 3 mins on a consultation to me. He explained thereās not many strains available under the gap programme (low cost for people struggling with money) and how Iād like;y have to go with something more expensive or not have medication - this is common place for medical cannabis. My question is why is it ok for intergro to run a ālow costā program, then for most of those medications to be out of stock? Leaving the unwell person in 1 of 2 points. Either pay for medication you canāt afford, or go without medication⦠If a clinic is running a low cost program, they know they are dealing with people on benefits who are unwell. There has been a medical cannabis supply issue for over 1 year. Why isnāt intergro being honest, and supporting their GAP patients with further subsidies of some of the other strains available during the shortage period, and closing the GAP program access as they are clearly overwhelmed. Iāve asked for a discharge letter as I canāt pay more, and I canāt be without medication. This leaves me with the choice of asking other clinics what they have available. To do this, simply ask your current clinic for a discharge letter, most clinics offer a free first appointment for existing medical cannabis users, you can ask for their ā current list of prescribe-able medications ā if nothing is suitable for you, leave til you find a clinic willing to support your health care needs. Also, look up the difference of non- irradiated cannabis vs beta irradiation. It will make a difference to some.
This treatment has been an absolute game changer for me. I had a serious spinal fracture three years ago and suffered severe nerve pain since then. I was prescribed many conventional drugs, none of which helped. I had my first consultation early this year and have had incredible relief from unbearable pain. Dr. Sunny Nayee listened and understood what I needed. He is always helpful and respectful. Nurse James is also very supportive. I cannot express how grateful I am for this service. It has really improved my quality of life.

I've been a patient for a little over 6 months and it's a great clinic in some ways but there are definitely improvements to be made. Every staff member ive spoken with has been helpful and knowledgeable and cannot be faulted. The medicine really works, the product choice is great and wonderfully priced. The problem lies in the repeat prescription process... it was fine the first couple of months but every single month I've had to contact the pharmacy because no invoice sent over, they say they don't yet have the prescription (3 4,5 days after its apparently been sent over), then I have to wait on hold to speak with integro often with a queue of 20+ people, only to be told that it will arrive with them probably later that day, or the next and thats simply not true. Ive been left with a gap in medication 3 months in a row and only leave this review now because I'm sat on hold once again trying to get through to integro. I'm caller number 14 after 20 minutes on hold already. Really need to fix this guys, surely just switching to electronic prescriptions instead of hard copies would fix this? EDIT: I was on hold for a total of 1.5 hours and the line cut when I got to 1 in the queue. Now I'm back at 12 in the queue. GRRR
I moved to Integro after having a poor experience with another clinic and so far this has been a really good move for me. Integro are responsive, took time to understand me and my needs and have so far always delivered my prescriptions with ease and speed. I'd 100% recommend them.

I guess these reviews are Fake or planted. I have been a patient here for over half a year and every month I dread ordering my medication, because their process makes it so tedious and cumbersome it's draining and you have to do this by chasing them every month?, email them without prompt-correspondence in return and made to feel as if your pestering their duration and imply they are more than providing a sufficient service. Well I've got news as a REAL PATIENT it's a mess they act like privileged subordinates/staff/doctors operating in an industry they are monopolising with over priced medication and sub standard service to provide it. While the whole time YOU are PAYING for the service they serve and provide horrendous customer care and service, we are patients! the patients, your patients who keep you in your lovely over privileged accommodating cannabis providing jobs. This industry needs reform ALREADY because of monopolising candidates/medical-clinics think they are cannabis seller privileged. Cannabis was around a long time before you got your hands on it and your just making the providing situation worse by providing your providings while providing a providing service of providings by a not so providing position of power/responsibility I mean. Stop or get new jobs the NHS has vacancys too... hmmm. Just not SELLING cannabis YET. And how your nominated for 'awards' based on the way you serve patients is beyond comprehension but I guess that's just politics right? we need REFORM! REFORM! already.
I have been with Integro clinics since the beginning of my medical cannabis treatment since around April 2024 and so far I have to say I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care I have received from Dr Niraaj Singh it has been exceptional so far. My prescription is never delayed if it is in stock upon ordering and deliveries come next day from IPS Pharmacy with many fantastic strain options. 10/10

Sep 02,2024Since transferring over from Curaleaf, I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Integro. As I'm seeking diagnosis of autism after a lifetime of being misunderstood, and having my symptoms masked by my primary caregivers as a child and diagnosed only as depression/anxiety, my case is in an understandably grey area for most clinicians, with my GP themselves having stated they do not know what to do with me. But here at Integro? They just get it. My initial consultation with Dr. Niraj was straight to the point - he had clearly tried to understand my needs as a patient before even speaking to me, and this was clear in conversation too. My follow-up with Dr. Tahzid was similarly professional, and again I had a feeling that he had tried to understand my needs before we had even started speaking - I felt totally at ease with both clinicians in discussing not just my medication needs, but also the psychological state I was in and how this was affecting my day to day vis family life, work prospects, etc. I would also like to give a special shout out to Darnell and Joanne, from the coordinator team onboarding new patients - as you may suspect, I can be a difficult customer and completely unreasonable at times - both of these treasures handled my attitude professionally, and still operated with patient needs in mind. As somebody who can have frequent meltdowns and "antisocial episodes," and has been often misunderstood and pushed away because of this, my gratitude to both of these people is endless. In terms of medication quality - the Grow range of products have not disappointed in the slightest (naturally terpenes can be lacking but you get what you pay for plus peace of mind), and the relief I've found has been leaps and bounds ahead of the competition I've tried so far. It goes without saying that through IPS, Integro's partner pharmacy, you can request practically every brand of medical cannabis available in the UK, so keep this in mind when requesting your script too. The only thing I will comment on, which some may find difficult, is that there is no front-end patient portal for arranging appointments, accessing documents, etc, which leaves you with telephone and (e)mail as your only recourse to correspondence currently. I have found every team member I've interacted with via email to be extremely polite and professional, with a response given within 24 hours on all occasions, and would recommend this avenue to anybody experiencing difficulties via telephone. Overall, I couldn't be more grateful to the team at Integro, and it's going to take some convincing to consider anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Thank you to you all again.
