From a selling perspective the process was excellent. We set our dream price and this price was reached. Our house sold on the third day of the sales campaign. The negotiation on the price was managed well by Nigel and I believe the buyers were as happy as we were Thankyou Nigel and Courtney for selling our house without a drawn out process. Feb 13,2021the Ivanhoe Jellis Craig branch & James Goulopoulos, who I dealt with primarily were fantastic. Very easy to deal with, did push things along yet the job of selling the property was finished way before I expected. I was actually surprised, considering the Pandemic we’re in & the property did need work. What I really liked is that the staff listened to me , re. my circumstances, & worked around that. Having no experience with buying or selling property before, it was very reassuring. If I was rich....🤑, or a property investor, I’d be dealing with the Ivanhoe Jellis Craig branch all the time.
