This disgraceful company have left my hotel without a working pass through dishwasher for an entire month. We have had to chase them, customer service is non existent and despite the machine STILL not being repaired the full rental was taken from the bank. You'd think this would constitute breach of contract, but no. The small print says I have to pay the full cost of an 8 year agreement to get out of it or just suck it up. This company is exploitative. BE AWARE, DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH JLA.

I would not give a star if I have a choice! Awful as always without fail. 1st, Carla from customer service, who robotically read through the script , when I finally asked to complain, then Carla asked why? Do people have common sense, if I were to complain about someone's service, clearly I am not going to complain to the person who is serving me, then the manager is literally even worse and has no basic customer awareness at all. Supposed to be as per service contact 24 hours response time, even receive confirmation the next morning, then called later that engines can not attend (at least called, most time do not even bother and only find out when we called in to check if the engineer is on his way). The funny thing is the whole sentence failed to include sorry, nor offered any compensation as per contract terms until I insisted. It was truly terrible as always, the worst still a day late, engineer came in from 8.52 - 9.09am when the whole thing that I have gone through with Carla reading her script to confirm opening time despite a client for almost 20 years and the detail have never changes which I have repeatedly informed Carla so, seems fall on deaf ear! Nonetheless, Carla asked to confirm all details including my personal mobile as well as email to which I did all! Still all the fuss, going over and over again each time when client calls have to wait for someone like Carla going through script while client urgently needs to book an engineer to attend onsite as soon as possible seems irrelevant. Still sending engineers to come in on site at 8:52am why!!! Worst to come, the engineer spent a total of 11 minute on site!!!! Fail to check the type of specific fault message when I have reported, when all he need to do is check job sheet which should include exact fault message or simply log in to check fault history, and investigate as well as clean behind lint around motor which may cause the dryer not drying properly which also caused by both lint faulty since it were not fixed properly sometimes ago. Terrible, terrible, and terrible!

Very quick response to fix the fault ...very good communication throughout from reporting the fault to fixing the fault ....charlie the engineer very professional and friendly and informative ..... lovely to to deal with humans and not pre recorded messages everywhere ...highly recommend the company
