1st class service from JLA. Rang on Monday with a repair, job completed by 10am Tuesday. As soon as the repair was logged, I received a text confirming the request. I then received a text confirming the engineer was attending next day. A further email advising engineer on route giving me his name. Engineer contacted me by phone when he arrived at site (I was away from site that day) to advise he was carrying out repair. Communication at its best and an excellent service delivered from start to finish.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are very quick to provide your equipment and get you to sign a contract. Yet when it comes to booking appointments (services in my case) they will book them then just fail to turn up. They are full of apologies and no actions. Today was the 3rd failed visit and more hours of my time wasted. All they care about is quoting all the one sided clauses in their agreements for their shoddy service. One of the worst service providers I have dealt with. Their communication is so shamefully poor.
Installers couldn’t complete the install as part missing, had no communication from JLA to advise when this would be done also no communication after I emailed to complain that my new flooring had been damaged The installers were nice and professional but were here 9am till 4.30pm due to the machines arriving late which meant I was kept at home all day

I must say that the service and the treatment from the entire team along my journey has been magnificent =. they understand, the care and they are there to help you in the best way they can.

JLA are always professional, helpful and pleasant, customer service go out of there way to help sort any issues or find account information when need be. Sales are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful providing fair prices for services required. Communication is fantastic whether it be about contracts or service dates and times of arrival. Please, please, please never use this company. I’m now tied into a very long contract and every day that goes by I just feel relieved it’s a day closer to being able to leave, they have been awful since day one. Too many incidents to go into, all they want is your money and as soon as you’re signed up they couldn’t care less.

Everything was dealt with in a timely way and questions answered quickly and directly. The work carried out is tidy ,effective and it was left very clean and tidy. The tumble dryers are amazing and my housekeepers say they are life changing!

I wish I didn’t have to even Give one star for this but no other option Resolution department are a disgrace leaving a 25 bed care home with no equipment for what we have been told will be two weeks. We have been told by jla to use a laundrette which we do not have or go and buy a domestic dryer which won’t suit the needs of our clients! All they keep spouting off is what is in our contact similar to other reviews left so please read them to before choosing jla as they do not learn from their actions. Then to add insult to injury they graciously told me we can have a refund for some of our monthly costs which I have to organise and instruct. Won’t allow me speak to any directors or area managers either wonder why! I hate to think what would have happened if a member of staff had been injured due to their shoddy equipment, who has ever heard of a drum breaking up from the outside in? Disgraceful! Sharp shards of metal in dryer which had broken off from the drum of machine thankfully no injuries caused to staff which could have easily severed or lacerated a finger! Jla completely negligent even despite being told this they said they would have someone out same day, didn’t happen, arrived next day after chasing to then be told they had to order a new drum leaving us with no drier for 20 residents which we haven’t had for two days already. as they have no eta on the part and will not issue a temporary replacement despite having a total care package with them because the part does not have an eta!!!! Easter bank holiday weekend coming up and no one in customer service helping or being proactive! This isn’t the first time they have done this. There are better companies out there to use!
