Feb 26,2019Always helpful when these engineers that come to repair our machines. I have never met one that was belligerent or in a hurry to get away, they always take their time to diagnose the problem and get the machine going as soon as they can, unless of course they need a part to be ordered. Also, they are very attentive to our elderly residents and will even explain to them what the problem is.

Concerns with service maintenance visits, what exactly is being serviced, as different services being carried out by different engineers, and your engineers informing us if these checks are completed during servicing. Service log of equipment, being informed equipment not on list but is. Quotes for parts that have already been passed and agreed, fitted still not working and being informed this part is faulty, and quote being processed again for permission.
