Following a ‘lost email ‘ and a negative comment by me on trust pilot Clare Pope went to enormous trouble to contact me and to help. Although JLA could not provide the service I needed they recommended someone who could. Bravo! Thank you Clare and thank you trustpilot!

Where do I start? Given installation date, the engineer did not turn up. Apology given. Recieved letter after within 30 days stating an increase in annual cost by 2.5%, apology given, admin error. 3 days after installation machine stops working. Credit due, engineer on site within 6 hours and problem fixed however, he could not understand why there is an other issue and the roller iron does not get to max temperature? After paying 3 months upfront at he nitial contract signing JLA take 1st payment nearly 1 month nearly? I contacted the accounts department, sorry it was an error, just don't pay anything next month????! Asked for payment to be returned to my bank account, it takes 7 day as JLA only process on Thursdays? I have to wait 7 days before they even look at returning my money? Asked to be transfered tio my account manager, No! Why? Because I'm dealing with it! Transfer to your Managing Director No! There's a chain of command and I'm dealing with this. Asked for the customer services manager to call me, waited all day, no call. To say I am dissapointed is an understatement. I am now a whisker away from terminating the contract and seeking an alternative. Updated review..... Katie from JLA contacted me quickly and rectified all issues relating to my complaint, thank you. The Engineer, Scott, arrived this morning and satisfied me that the machine, due to its single phase supply and configuration would never reach 200c, I am know satisfied with his explanation. I have updated the review rating to 3 stars.

JLA were easy to work with and explained the rent of an oven to me clearly. There was some delay before delivery but that didn’t affect us . It’s early days as to our opinion of the oven. Time will tell if it was a good choice

JLA installed our new boilers in our offices in Basingstoke, they did an excellent job; from the quote, to install and finish, they even arrived in the snow! Chris, Michael and Sonny are a great team, friendly, professional and clean and tidy workers. There was no disruption to our clients at all.
