Engineer did not complete job, but told his office he had, causing the original job to be closed & me to be charged for the return visit. Need to hire truthful engineers because their decisions cost time & money No Lynette that did not work also. Contacted them on the day itself & i'm still waiting for them to let me know who is coming back & when?? Nobody seams to be taking this seriously? Lynette...still disappointed with this service & the way this problem is being dealt with. I just cannot understand why you guys are just apologising & covering up the problem without solving the issues?? What is the point??
The service is always very good however on our last call-out the engineer went above and beyond.

Awful company. As previous reviews stated. Whatever happens do not sign for longer than 2 years if you must use the company at all. I have a paper agreement and am disputing the contract length because the writing is illegible and I know I didn’t sign for 8 years! That’s longer than my lease. We have a total care contract and yet did not receive a service for 3 years. I am hounded by the guy who manages the duct cleaning department - every few months I am told I need to sign up to have a duct clean by law even though its every 3 years. The docu sign is put on repeat daily for weeks and weeks until I block it and it starts again. I explicitly said I didn’t want to enter a contract for duct cleaning and I would pay and book when needed- how is that difficult to understand? Same with the dosing and detergent -I didn’t want it, got sent it anyway and now being chased for payment - however of course the engineer never materialised to fit was 4 months ago! So I have a load of soap in the garage and can’t use it. Sales team are aggressive and obvs desperate. I am a tiny micro business and I don’t even need the machines I have any more but because of the contract dispute they continue to drain me of money. If you are a large organisation go for it. But if you are small/medium and peoples livelihoods are dependent on you doing business with an ethical human company AVOID this company.

Bought a DX1313 in May 21 for just under £6k with constant issues with the coin mech starting last November 22. I changed the coin mech in November and the problem started again. Just paid £200 for an Engineer visit to tell me the coin mech is faulty and then to get told coin mech’s are not covered under warranty. Obviously something is causing the mechs to fail which the engineer should be checking for. I was thinking of getting another but that definitely will not be happening
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. CHECK THE LEASE BEFORE SIGNING BETTER YET GET A SOLICITOR TO CHECK IT. I have been trying to get a copy of my lease agreement for weeks as I am selling the business and buyers want to see it. Emails are not responded to. Phone calls to customer services with promises to send it and nothing. My buyer is pulling out, fed up waiting. They sign you up for ridiculously long leases when you think it will be the same as a previous lease. 3 years to 8 years. £24,000 for a standard-size dishwasher no way. Never again! I will never lease from them again. Oh and if anything goes wrong good luck getting it repaired. After I left this review I finally got a copy of my lease. Trust pilot should not be the last resort. JLA are trying to get this review removed.

Literally, JLA does an amazing service, you can expect an engineer in 24h , professional service and very friendly staff. I honestly recommend them.
I too sympathise with previous reviewers. We have had lots of issues regarding a tumble drier. After much tooing & froing with engineers finally saying that it could not be repaired, we entered into a new contract for a brand new dryer. Despite the site engineer advising they were in stock, we still waited a length for installation. February 23 , finally, We had 4 days drying before errors occurred. Now we have been waiting 4 weeks for the part to arrive from the supplier with no eta. So as a busy laundry company, we are again without a dryer which has been ongoing since at least July 22 & they are now invoicing us for the new dryer which is yet to work!! The customer service is rock bottom & non-existent. I just hope the correct part arrives as communication between engineers etc is also rock bottom & non-existent. It used to be a lot better than this!
