Nov 29,2021Both Staf fon telphone and the engineer that came to see me were very professional and helpful. Something was lost in translation though because what I thought I had paid for was not what I got, however the engineer explained everyhting fully for me so it was not an issue. It is also a little unusual to pay for the work up front but also not a real issue. Overall very happy with service. Just waiting to hear back re: parts for repair

After going from pillar to post, Tracy Barnard (Laundry Solutions) volunteered to take ownership and was tireless in pulling all the key information together to make sure everything was eventually put right. An absolutely wonderful person to deal with and an asset to the JLA team without a doubt.

Nov 10,2021JLA is a useful business model to help clients with equipment finance and maintaining it for the duration of the contract. We have used them more than once and have benefitted from their service. only in one instance we had issues with them. was sorted amicabally.
