Excellent service. The engineer was knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful with suggestions. He did everything carefully and cleaned-up perfectly after himself, leaving our commercial kitchen ready for the crew to start-up immediately the following day. No question we are sticking with JLA for the annual contract.

I have been a laundry customer of jla for some time now as they brought out my supplier at the time, who i was happy with. It went downhill from there, to be honest, fire/fraud/ hundreds of breakdowns you name it we went through it with them, even from the early days, ( fraud yes i have the paperwork to prove it) at one point i thought we had got through it and put everything right, but clearly not and now 3 years in we are still having problems currently 50%- 60% of my hired machines are broke again! I have lost a 90k customer for them in the last month through machine downtime. Now I have no iron, no washing machine a pointless otex that fails every time a wash goes through it, even when I asked why it kept doing that they said it was because the machines over foamed, so they asked us to switch over to their chemicals or they would start charging us for the filters so we done that and seen an increase not in production as would have thought but in chemicals prices but still have the same problem with machines still failing, ( yes the otex is not working at the min as well) I am currently just trying to get out our contract with them with our solicitor because they just rip people off and say one thing do another. 18 minutes today I was on hold trying to talk to customer relations to be told they don't want to talk to me because there is nothing they can do till the machines are fixed. What kind of customer service is that? what kind of service is that? If your thinking of using them please don't! Does anybody else have problems with text messages saying engineers coming but they never turn up? being told their machines are fixed and the next day the same thing happens? how can we run a business with this supplier, well I am not only leaving this feedback I am now intent on making it hard for them to rip people off the first thing I am doing is reporting them to the ombudsman then I'm setting up as many groups as possible across many media platforms including Linkedin and I will call them "downside to jla laundry " please google and add. These people have been my pain point for many years and every time I feel we are getting somewhere we are not. I have even tried to go through a CEO and was told he would keep an eye on my account "clearly not" or he/ they just don't care because all they see is £££££££s if anyone would like to know more about my story of jla or maybe work for an industry magazine or podcast I would be more than willing to talk and provide evidence of my experience with a company you can contact me via my new email garethdownsidetojla@out LOOK .com

The reason for a score of four is that even though I contacted them initially by email, there was no response. However when I contacted them by telephone the response was professional responsive, understanding of our reason for calling. Their area manager who came out to see me was very helpful had a great knowledge of their product range and how it would meet our needs, we are now looking forward to the installation of our new kitchen

I ordered and paid for a stacked washer and dryer from JLA on 6 August 2021. I was told it would be 2 week delivery. Over a month later and still no sign of my machine. Numerous calls to the sales rep who never answers my calls (now they have my money they don’t seem to care!!). Finally got an email from sales rep blaming the delay on the lack of HGV drivers in the country. I was given a delivery date 1 week ago but machine has not been delivered on that date and still waiting for update. Beginning to wonder if I’ll ever get this machine. Shockingly poor customer service.

We have dealt with JLA for a number of years now and have never had any issues. We noticed that our glass wash machine seemed to be using a lot more salt than normal, so we rang customer services to get it looked at. We dealt with a lovely lady who took all of the details of the issue and said an engineer would be out to look at the machine within 24hours. True to word the engineer arrived the following morning and looked into the machine and chemicals etc, and explained what had happened. The service from both customer services and the engineer were excellent, prompt and professional. We would highly recommend this company.

Terrible company from top to bottom. Could never get hold of anyone, charged me in full during a pandemic when my business was forced to close. Then to lie to me over the phone about my contract end date until I proved I still had a hard copy in my possession, jokers. Avoid like the plague

Parts still need to be fitted, which should of been in on the start. (Water trap on out let pipe) so still not working fully.
