in the last year the service we have received has been absolutely appalling. We were without a washing machine for 12 weeks during the pandemic and we are currently without a tumble dryer for nearly one month. I have been fobbed off repeatedly with excuses. I advise anybody contemplating taking out a contract with JLA don't do it. i

If you value your business STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and the farcical joke they have the audacity to call a service. Last year i was without a machine for TWENTY THREE WEEKS. This year, so far, i have been without a machine for FIVE WEEKS and counting. In the three years I have had the misfortune to be tied to these legalised parasites I have been without a full compliment of equipment for FORTY THREE WEEKS. You are conned into signing a contract which this shower know at the time they can not possibly fulfil. At no time was I ever told I may have to wait four, five, six or more weeks for a part only to find when the item was eventually located, on at least three occasions, it was the wrong part. This firm care less than nothing about their customers. For your own sake, KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Prompt responses, clear verbal communication by all at JLA. Always kept informed. Email communications were sometimes misdirected - see below. A big let down was assuming I was the customer. I am a resident who informed JLA of the machine failures. The customer is Flagship Homes who I rent from. A small omission was for the engineer to give a through check of all the machines whilst visiting site.
Engineer was on time, got on with the job in hand, was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Advised on items that might need replacing. Very happy.
