Waiting for a Glass washer repair, what a bloody shambles, left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing. Engineers blaming previous engineer, more parts ordered and a serious attitude to boot. If your a business, do not consider these cowboys as you'll be left in the crap like we are. "Total Care" package should be relabeled as "Total Care LESS", never had such an unprofessional service in all my years. Essential equipment now totally bloody unusable and no one to even tell me what they're going to do about it. Have to wait now for more part (3 days already) and several weeks if the machine has been destroyed by an angry and heavy handed engineer.

Great service when he finally turned up. Was very thorough to make sure everything had been checked before he left. Only down side took over 24 hours to arrive
Quick and reliable service..
If you are considering renting equipment beware. Just pray that we are not forced into another lockdown as they will charge you even though you have no income and are unable to trade or even use the equipment they provide. Offer support but deliver absolutely nothing in return. Tie you into an 8 year contract which you will pay well over the odds for. Look elsewhere as they not a supportive provider and you’ll regret you ever did business with them

Engineer followed all his instructions to call scheme manager on her mobile. Scheme Manager gave engineer instructions how to access the building, which allowed the engineer to complete the repair to a good standard

WORST SERVICE COMPANY IN THE UK. Still waiting for a requested service after nearly 4 months. HQ had booked a date and time on several occasions. Each date was not fulfilled without being advised of "no show" having waited in! On other occasions a telephone call was received from a service man stating he would be visiting for the service in 20 minutes on a date and time that had not been booked! Absolutely no Management or communication within the company.

Company looks after our laundry and kitchen, good experience all around with them so far. Have found sometimes depends on which engineers calls, to how knowledgeable engineer is, but still no massive complaints
Excellent Engineers.
Courteous and prompt service. Very helpful and considerate customer service staff. I was asked when would be convenient for us and any time of day to avoid. Also asked about our Covid compliance policy and if we needed their technician to do Covid test on arrival. They were happy to oblige. Also enquired about work space to ensure their own staff’s safety as well. Job was completed with no problems at all. Very pleased.
